The role

The Marketing Campaign Strategist, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing in North America, plays a critical role in our company’s success. His/her strength lies in the planning and execution of integrated and cost-effective marketing campaigns. This role will drive marketing growth by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns. This individual will bring knowledge of translating industry and customer insights into thoughtful and creative marketing campaigns. The marketing campaign strategist will help create demand for SofwareOne’s service lines at each funnel stage and align and support SoftwareOne’s go-to-market strategy. This role is remote unless you are located in Chicago, Milwaukee, or NYC. If you are in one of the office locations it will be a hybrid role.
• This role leads the planning and execution of integrated and cost-effective marketing campaigns focused on actionable and measurable initiatives aligned with pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals.
• Design campaign brand materials, oversee ongoing digital campaign operations, and create an environment that drives new marketing leads.
• Drive marketing growth by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that create demand for solutions at each funnel stage and align and support SoftwareOne’s go-to-market strategy.
• Work closely with portfolio, partners, content, and other marketing functions to identify and develop new offers and content to support integrated demand campaigns.
• Ensure marketing (field marketing, partner, and alliance) and sales are equipped to meet their goals with marketing campaigns, including turnkey campaigns, lead generation activities, and digital campaigns with partners.
• You will develop and lead a portfolio of campaigns that are designed to engage, nurture, and convert prospects into new opportunities for sales and help cross/upsell existing customers
• You will work closely with marketing peers, sales, and internal/external partners and agencies to help create impactful campaigns that engage new and existing customers
• The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-tactic and integrated marketing campaigns, ranging from briefing creative teams to launching and analyzing results
• He/she also must have the ability to take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, be data-driven, and achieve campaign goals, all on schedule
• This individual will also help determine the right messaging, content, web experience, and marketing mix to engage government customers and personas across the buyer’s journey
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results and share learnings, insights, and areas of opportunity through monthly readouts
• Experiment with channel mix and tactics, including nurture, webinars, paid campaigns, content, etc., to generate a pipeline and expand SoftwareOne’s customer accounts
• Innovate and experiment with programs within the campaign for continuous improvement

What we need to see from you
• 5 to 10 years of customer and campaign marketing experience.
• Digital marketing experience with a business-to-business (B2B) technology company is a plus
• Dynamic, articulate, and energetic professional who is a self-starter.
• Understanding of the buyer’s journey and expanding strategies
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights, learnings, and recommended pivots
• Strong communication and collaboration cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate industry and customer insights into integrated campaigns.
• Critical thinker who has strong problem-solving skills.

The role

We are searching for a results- oriented Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. The role

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Counsel to join our growing legal department. This role will report to the North American General Counsel and is an exceptional opportunity to provide leadership and partnership to a company on the frontiers of its next big growth leap. While this will be a generalist role, experience working in-house in a commercially focused legal position for a high growth software or technology business is preferred. This role will be 100% remote and require occasional travel.

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreement such as master services agreements, software reseller agreements, SaaS subscription licensing agreements, EULAs, and related technology focused agreements.
• Possess an understanding of data protection and privacy regimes and other regulations impacting the business, and the ability to translate that understanding into commercial contract negotiations.
• Help build and improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks and provide internal training to sales and other go-to-market team members to create a quality customer contracting experience.

The role

This position works collaboratively across the marketing organization and closely with sales to understand business and marketing goals and objectives, and translate those goals into leading measurable marketing initiatives that drive lead conversions and pipeline growth. The successful candidate will work alongside a dynamic team with great growth potential.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting and equipping Sales to engage identified key accounts, distribute custom content that reaches the account's buyers and influencers, and follow up with relevant discovery information
• Orchestrate campaigns that support SoftwareOne’s lead generation efforts to fuel our sales pipeline, helping to achieve our acquisition, growth, and upsell objectives
• Building cross-functional cohesion by working closely with departments, across Field Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Services, and other internal teams at all levels of the organization
• As part of this role, you will assist with optimizing the lead process to create and automate (where possible) in Dynamics – incl. definitions for MQL, SQL, lead scoring and more.
• Analyzing, leveraging, and acting on campaign performance to shape overall marketing strategy, identify lead generation sources, and improve lead conversion
• Additional responsibilities include managing external agencies and internal resources, creating sales programs “in a box” targeting direct and indirect customers, and building/managing shared demand processes with sales development, software, and partner sales
• Performance tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Monitor lead queues and transition leads to the appropriate account owner/team
• Support lead generation activities and onboarding initiatives across Dynamics, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
• Compile, maintain, and segment client lists and help build intentional sales campaigns/programs
• Develop sales collateral and supporting materials as needed
• Other duties as required

What we need to see from you

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of B2B Marketing experience
• A general understanding of a B2B Software and Services Company
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation systems, marketing/sales funnel, and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting.
• Excellent utilization of Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Suite of products
• Independent self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, and adaptable to change in a constantly evolving high-intensity tech environment.
• Requires a professional attitude and ability to manage strategic and tactical tasks.
• Have a growth mindset, learn by doing, and are ready to do whatever it takes to support the marketing function and meet tight deadlines.

Total Compenstion expected to be in the $60K-80K range and will be based on candidate exerieince and geographic location.
