We are looking for an Associate Director, A&R Operations who will develop and strategize recording plans, manage recording budgets, and communicate project updates with artist management and internal departments to ensure the successful and timely delivery of album releases.

Who you are:
• At least 3 years of prior A&R, Studio, or A&R Administration experience desired
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick-up computer systems/programs quickly
• Solid understanding of accounting, budgets, and other financial concepts. Facility w Excel spreadsheets required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong people and relationship building skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Solid understanding of the recording process
• Awareness about how to keep costs down and broker deals for cheaper rates
