Momentum is looking for an incredible Account Manager who will be pioneering forward thinking, experiential and content projects that will help power the biggest brand activations to life. You will be helping a top 50 company develop strategies that inform a seamless brand experience using cutting edge data and technology. This person will be consulting and partnering to develop the best thinking of our agency on behalf of our clients that in turn will create memories that will live in the world of "fandom" forever and ever.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
• Oversee the client's NBA + NHL Teams portfolio and assist on utilizing all of the contractual assets
• Lead athlete talent strategy + procurement on behalf of client including providing recommendations, agent outreach + partnership coordination.
• Serving as an integral member of account team within the agency for client(s) with responsibility for developing and managing client business
• Providing sponsorship and entertainment expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are being met
• Developing rapport with clients, partner agencies and sponsorship partners, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
• Leading the development and activation of strategic solutions (sponsorship activation, event marketing, sales promotions, and appropriate media support) which build brand equity and deliver results for the client
• Planning and executing assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget
• Delivering polished client presentations
• Managing and tracking asset fulfillment across the vertical
• Assist on the clients loyalty program activations and campaigns
• Actively contributing to overall idea generation with agency team
• Overseeing the financial aspects of the programs/account(s)
• Traveling to various locations across the country to meet with clients or partner agencies
• Opportunity to manage up to 1 direct report and mentoring junior team members

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Agency experience a plus
• NBA/NHL experience a plus, but general sports sponsorship knowledge & understanding needed
• Athlete talent procurement experience and pre-existing relationships with talent agencies recommended
• Experience managing/training/mentoring more junior team members
• Experience building and managing budgets
• Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects
• Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled and competent Designer to join our Sports Properties Group headquarted in New York in supporting the property sales team. This team partners the world's best brands with leading sports federations, leagues, and teams to create impactful sponsorships.
Our rightsholder clients include F1, Red Bull Racing, the Los Angeles Clippers, Major League Baseball, the DP World Tour and Riot Games to name a few.

Responsible for ensuring that FanDuel makes quality and cost-effective technical choices in equipment, services, and implementations. Provide top tier enterprise systems troubleshooting, incident response, and solution design across the organization.
Ensure broad and current technical awareness by establishing and maintaining technical and professional relationships with appropriate organizations of strategic importance to FanDuel. Employ strong communications and organizational skills to the designing and maintenance of processes and procedures that ensures that timely, actionable and critical information is presented to IT leadership.

• The Platforms engineer will be supervising an agile development group directly responsible for the delivery of new platforms and services. Agile groups will consist of junior engineers, business analysts and other non-technical individuals.
• Must have superior communication skills. Able to translate complex systems to standard business terminology.
• Must be self-starters and work directly with Sr. Platform Engineers during project work.
• Responsible for technical systems, services, and architecture of Enterprise IT Platforms.
• Ensure that complex systems and services across the business are designed to efficiently achieve a high level of availability, as defined by IT leadership, in relation to the specific services and business requirements.
• Interfaces internally with cross functional teams and externally with vendors.
• Maintain and monitor core on prem and cloud platforms and services.
• Work with Sr. Platform Engineer and identify infrastructure improvements and projects that will increase the capabilities and quality of service across the workplace.
• Assist in the development, implementation and administration of processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of laptops and local services.
