Process all derogatory information concerning SCI indoctrinated individuals under their security cognizance and assist commanders and directors with establishment of Security Information Files.
Assist in providing overall physical security and will ensure that all current and future SCI Facilities (SCIFs) comply with the physical security standards outlined in ICD 705 all other applicable directives and established policies. The contractor shall prepare and revise, as needed, all physical accreditation paperwork, to include the fixed facility checklists.
Ensure appropriate accreditation documentation is available for each SCIF and under the organization's security cognizance.
Ensure that each SCIF under their security cognizance conducts annual self-inspections of the security program.

Imperative Systems is seeking applicants for direct operations mission support to the USG. Candidates with the requisite skills and experience, and a strong desire to continue service or give back will serve as contract Special Skills- Counterintelligence Officers fully integrated into client offices. Applicants should have demonstrated experience with IC or other government... agencies. Some knowledge with how to research, write, and analyze using the clients proprietary targeting tools and data bases are desired. Applicants should have some knowledge of cable writing styles and USG classified databases, to include specific targeting tools, sources, and methods. Effective briefing and writing skills, collegiality, professional initiative, the ability to work at a fast pace in small, flat teams are strongly desired. This is a full time position. Responsibilities
• Technical leader in IAM organization accountable for leading IAM initiatives for client facing applications
• Responsible to implement end-to-end solutions to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and ensure maintainability and supportability of the solution.
• Responsible to establish repeatable processes for Access Management using Okta.
• Drive continuous improvement in IAM standards, procedures, security patterns and governance
• Lead and partner closely with key stakeholders on the application and business teams to ensure the organization meets or exceeds client satisfaction with innovative IAM solutions
• Work with vendor partners to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
• Educate internal partners on Cardinal Health IAM technologies and services
• Subject matter expert for Associates Solution, providing Access Management services to Employees and Contractors. Primarily focused on forward engineering, POC design patterns and automation of existing manual processes to drive efficiencies.
• Apply advanced knowledge and an understanding of Associates Identify and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects and tasks
• Play a key role in development of IAM security policies and standards to improve Cardinal Health security posture

Qualifications

• Patrols and monitors assigned areas of the school buildings, grounds, and
parking lots to deter, detect, report, and stop violations of the law and/or school
board policies or unsafe conditions.
• Detects, investigates, and reports unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles,
and activities.
• Collaborates with other school and district personnel, assigned police officer,
representatives of local agencies for the purpose of sharing and gaining
information.
• Assists administrators and staff in crisis and emergency situations, assists with
fire drills, and emergency building evacuations
• Maintains security records, logs, and reports as required.
• Monitors the parking lot(s).
• Supervises and directs student movement.
• Intervenes and diffuses conflict situations in common areas, restrooms, and classrooms.
• Establishes a good rapport with students, staff, and community members.
• Assists the administration with student searches; determines the status of
unaccounted students.
• Works with school administrators and law enforcement officials in handling serious student offenses and law violations.
• Attends student conferences as requested by administration.
• Assists with students experiencing tardy/attendance issues as needed.
• Monitors all assemblies.
• Participates in daily bus duty.
• Escorts students to and from classrooms and offices as needed.
• Attends support staff meetings as required.
• Mentors students informally at the request of administration and parents.
• Assists with crowd control.
• Assists the administration during emergencies and drills and provides assistance
to special needs students during emergency drills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with other staff and the public through the
use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle, or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment such as, but not limited to, a personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Some climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions will be required.
