Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Financial Markets business can continue to service clients in compliance with the regulatory environment
• Execute the processes and controls for US regulatory obligations in regards to part 43 and 45 of CFTC and rules 901 and 902 of SEC SBSR
• Rationalize regulatory changes impacting Financial Markets Operations and ensure that the U.S. regulatory process is operating effectively
• Assist with the implementation of future-proofed, fit-for-purpose reconciliation processes while ensuring seamless changes for clients
• Support identification and delivery management of strategic MI, including migration of existing MI to the strategic stack
• Manage internal communications and project milestones to keep stakeholders up-to-date
• Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to the role
• Assess the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external vendors
• Ensure strong understanding of post-trade regulations and requirements, including Dodd-Frank and Canada

Key Competencies:
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and requirements, including CFTC Part 43 and 45, SEC Regulation SBSR rule 901 and 902,
• Familiarity with Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation Global Trade Repository and International Swaps and Derivatives Association working groups.

Salary & Benefits

Expected annual base pay range for the role is $95,570 to $143,354. The final offer will be determined on an individualized basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing individual portfolio sales strategy for established relationships with key North American Financial Institution clients and representing the bank as the lead sales person for financial institution clients from across North America. They will be responsible for end-to-end sales of cash management and international trade finance solutions in addition to other products, contributing to the team's business plans, and ensuring profitable and quality business. Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the bank as the lead salesperson for financial institution clients from across North America.
