Develop accessible resource toolkits for various DEI-related topics, such as advocacy, self-care & collective care, mental health, etc. Provide targeted holistic advising, mentorship, & coaching support to historically marginalized student groups, such as undocumented students, etc. Meet with campus stakeholders to identify and assess needs. Assess and evaluate program outcomes and impact. Create a data-driven structure that incorporates wrap-a-round resource opportunities and connects faculty, staff and students with services. Identify existing resources, assess effectiveness and potential improvements. Contribute to the development of cross-campus marketing and assessment to support existing resources. Seek grant funding & resource donations that leads to increased services, resources and opportunities for students. Supervise student workers and provide mentorship support. In-depth knowledge about diversity issues and topics (e.g., racial and ethnic identity, gender, sexuality, disability, social inequality, access and opportunity gap). Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (NSC does not sponsor employment-related visas). Experience in project management, community organizing, fundraising, & community resources. Knowledgeable in social media management and design.
