A Day in the Life as a Front Desk Receptionist: You will act as the first point contact for our patients by greeting them as they enter the front desk area, verifying their appointment and doctor’s referral in the system, assist with patient questions and provide them with any necessary paperwork. You’ll answer phones and direct calls and assist with medical records as needed. You will also ensure all visitors check in and are cleared for their visit. You can expect to be scheduled Monday-Friday, between 7am-10pm (8 hour shift).

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel while maintaining a forward-looking perspective Integration of front desk, retail and housekeeping departments into a successful efficient operation
• Supervise up to 12 hourly staff per shift
• Supervise Assistant Front Desk Managers
• Ensure that staff deliver excellent customer service
• Provide on-going customer service coaching and training to staff
• Responsible for monitoring comment card program
• Successfully respond to, resolve and record guest issues
• Support all staff, as requested
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Bell Staff and F&B to facilitate the highest level of guest service
• Assist Operations Manager in ensuring that staff adheres to policies and procedures
• Assist Operations Manager with any projects or programs relating directly to customer service
• Assist Operations Manager with walks and moves, as required
• Ability to work a varied schedule
• Perform all functions of a Front Desk agent as required
• Perform all functions of a Front Desk supervisor as required
• Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
• Report to work on time and in complete uniform
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required. (Must graduate between December 2022 – August 2023 to be eligible for the 2023 A2L Program)
• This program will start in July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Leadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project management.
• The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
• Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Cost control, budget responsibilities or inventory management experience desired.
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays according to business need.
• Ability / willingness to relocate according to program / business need.
