A Day in the Life as a Front Desk Receptionist: You will act as the first point contact for our patients by greeting them as they enter the front desk area, verifying their appointment and doctor’s referral in the system, assist with patient questions and provide them with any necessary paperwork. You’ll answer phones and direct calls and assist with medical records as needed. You will also ensure all visitors check in and are cleared for their visit. You can expect to be scheduled Monday-Friday, between 7am-10pm (8 hour shift).

Will need to drive and ideally have a car to pick kids up from school on Mondays (bus other days) and help get to and from sport activities on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Job Responsibilities:

• Function as a preceptor to pharmacy students.

• Document adverse drug events and medication errors via Patient Safety Intelligence .
• Document clinical interventions in iVents (EPIC).

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Minimum Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacyNYS Pharmacy License and RegistrationPost-Graduate Year-1 Pharmacy Residency is strongly preferred or a minimum of 5 years clinical pharmacy experience Self motivation, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Small personal injury law practice is looking to fill a part-time legal assistant position whose responsibilities will include assisting pre-litigation and litigation departments. Specifically, requesting medical/ billing records, liens, confirming medical balances, etc.

A Day in the Life as : You will assist Insurance Collection Specialist with obtaining medical records from referring physician offices. Calling Tricare for Letter of Attestation and faxing to referring physicians office to have signed and returned. Mailing all workmen’s compensation claims. Put all Liens on a spreadsheet and emailing to DML at the end of each month and follow up to make sure payment is received. Calling on all Special Contracts / Letter of Agreements when payment is not made per contract or timely. Calling Medicaid to update the TPL. Index the Wells Fargo correspondence and denials. Help the Insurance Collection Specialist as needed. You can expect to be scheduled Monday-Friday, day shift, no weekends!
