As a Patient Care Associate with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, you’ll serve on the frontlines of care for some of our most critical populations. You’ll work to support our RNs through daily administrative and clerical tasks, patient care duties, admission, and discharge. We're accepting applications for all of our inpatient units.

As an integral member of the HRIS team, the Senior Workday Compensation Analyst partners with our Compensation Center of Excellence to provide Workday product and process expertise. Minimum Education
• Bachelor's in computer science, human resources, business, or related field.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.

Minimum Experience
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in a comparable client-facing HR Technology role.
• Exposure to diverse business ecosystems of moderate complexity in pharma, healthcare, biotech, and/or research organization preferred.

The Horticulture Manager at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (SJCRH) is a member of the Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance (FOM) Team who is responsible for campus landscape architecture, turf/landscape/hardscape maintenance, pest control, street and sidewalk maintenance and signage, organic refuse and recycling operations, landscape project management, snow and ice removal... and emergency response operations across the roughly 117-acre St. Jude campus and its 30+ buildings. The manager will accomplish these efforts through leading and managing a Grounds team and through close cooperation with partners across the St. Jude enterprise and within the Campus Operations group (FOM, Planning, Design and Construction, Environmental Services, Administration, Food Services, and Bio-Medical Engineering). This manager's work has a direct impact on a visitor's first impression of the St. Jude campus and hugely impacts the institution's overall reputation. A successful leader in this role is adept at relationship forming, personnel and budget management, customer service, strategic planning, setting goals, and developing metrics to achieve them.

Minimum Education
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as horticulture, landscape architecture, ecology, public garden management, or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated progressive experience and growth in responsibility and management of teams.

Minimum Experience
• Eight (8) years of experience in Grounds maintenance and management which must include budget and capital planning, people leadership responsibilities, and establishing and documenting policies, procedures, and goals.
• Experience at a University or similar large campus is preferred.
