10. Partners with the Travel Office to establish and manage contracts with local hotels to provide blocks of rooms as needed for onsite conferences.
11. Establishes and manages contracts with approved local bus/shuttle/parking services to provide transportation needs for onsite conferences.
12. Coordinates any compliance requirements with the Office of Legal Services.
13. Provides metrics and analytics to assess performance of each event, determine success factors, and implement improvements for future conferences and processes.
14. Develops, maintains, and utilizes institutional lists of preferred vendors.
15. Accesses a pool of caterers that can provide food services needs.
16. Develops and maintains preferred vendor guidelines for conferencing.
17. Maintains an institutional conference planning guide as a master resource for departments.
18. May assist with providing virtual/computational/technical conference needs such as online registrations, abstract submissions, breakout rooms, poster sessions, pre-recorded and live lectures, online agendas, surveys, metrics, analytics, and data collection.
19. Manages and maintains related intranet pages.
20. Provides training on platform use and administration.
21. Manages a master calendar of managed conferences available to the institution for planning and coordination purposes.
22. Responsible for compliance and management of a budget.
23. Develops and tracks metrics, provides complex data analysis & interpretation, and develops program-related reports.

As a member of Food Services, your attention to detail will be a critical skill. Your work will be important for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and healthy environment for patients. The Room Service Technician will perform a vital role to ensure the fulfillment of the Culinary Services Department's Mission, "To make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day through exceptional customer service and outstanding food". This role will be responsible for preparing, assembling, delivering food trays and performing other related duties to achieve departmental goals.
This is a full time opening. The selected candidate must have availability to work Monday through Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm. Must also be available to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Minimum Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience
• Food service experience preferred
• Direct hospital experience preferred
Other Credentials
• (LC: SERVSAFE) ServSafe Food Handler Training Certificate Program or another American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited Food Handler Training Certificate Program required within thirty (30) days of hire. Employee must maintain current certification during employment
