What you will do
• Design and build a world class global Accounts Payable organization that can efficiently scale with StockX’s hyper growth:
• Supervise and mentor accounts payable team members and other roles added in the future
• Understand the full P2P cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems and drive issues to resolution including impact and risk assessments, status reporting, and more
• Produce, review & analyze reporting that is essential to measuring performance related to invoice processing
• Produce, review & analyze control reports to access accurate data entry
• Make strategic decisions to add & shift resources within processing teams in order to maintain low processing queues
• Ensure all invoice processing activities essential to month end close are completed within specified deadlines
• Assist in month end close and year end audit requests assigned to the AP team
• Develop appropriate KPIs to measure the success of accounts payable Team Members
• Own the Workday Spend Management platform:
• Manage the Workday Spend Management (e.g. add/assist users, make necessary system changes, manage the JE / Expense report approval process, etc.)
• Work closely with Treasury to maximize cash flow and working capital:
• Load all required Vendor banking information into Workday
• Update all Vendors in Workday with the correct payment terms
• Build out required payment forecasting tools
• Process Improvement:
• Work with the Legal & Business Development Teams to put SOPs into place for new vendor creation and acceptance including payment terms, contract requirements, etc.
• Design workflow paths that ensure the appropriate Team Members are approving all company spending and that all required documentation is attached to each invoice
• Partner with business units to keep up to date of changing invoicing needs
• Other tasks and projects including:
• Act as a liaison to address any open invoice processing related matters that need to be solved - Oversee the education of business units to become more familiar with where their spend falls within the general ledger
• Assist in monthly Transaction reconciliation processes for accounts payable sub-ledger
• Consistently review AP sub-ledger for aging, credit or other issues
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Controller
About you
• Minimum of 7 years experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with accounts payable or similar team
• Strong planning, strategic, and problem-solving skills

About the role
As a Content Manager on our industry-leading creative team, you will help develop and produce editorial content for key customer segments in the StockX universe. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director, acting as one part writer and editor and one part creative strategist, working across StockX teams and creatives to bring emails, blog posts, copy projects, campaigns, and stories to life.

About the role
As a Content Manager on our industry-leading creative team, you will help develop and produce editorial content for key customer segments in the StockX universe. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director, acting as one part writer and editor and one part creative strategist, working across StockX teams and creatives to bring emails, blog posts, copy projects, campaigns, and stories to life.

You will work closely with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and the business. You will work on complex projects in a matrix team structure to establish overarching strategy, goals, objectives... define requirements, design new business processes, structure projects, manage delivery, and communicate with stakeholders. You will understand execution risk and how to mitigate it. You will understand stakeholder management and will manage relationships across large and complex organizations. What you'll do Structure projects with stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution. Drive projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to document workflows, identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive consensus to achieve agreed upon set of requirements. Utilize finance knowledge to provide valuable inputs to the Project team, identify risks, guide decision making, create business case and business requirements documents, and oversee the development of test plans. Partner with Business Partners to determine the strategy and execution of the implementation of new systems and integrations for reporting initiatives Assess and implement proper controls and change management in systems or processes across teams with each implementation Own communication of upstream and downstream dependencies on the end-to-end finance process for company wide cross-functional projects Facilitate the tracking, validation and closure of remediation plans pertaining to prior audit recommendations. Coordinate execution of prioritized feature(s) across one or more development teams Quickly, succinctly, and relentlessly communicate questions, roadblocks, setbacks, and challenges to all impacted stakeholders. Evaluate and bring forward solutions when issues arise, finding the way forward. Sniff out both technical and business scope creep and do not accept changes in scope without open conversation to assess the impact to the overall feature timeline. Defend the development team from distractions, external and internal, which jeopardize engineering estimates and/or business deadlines. Team time is precious. Provide timely, routine progress updates on Projects in the process to stakeholders, including a red/green risk assessment and a target date. Decide whether the development team can absorb an emergent bug or research spike into the current sprint without jeopardizing the sprint goals. Engage with the program management community to learn and share best practices. Experience scaling operational workflows and aligning processes for a global team Experience implementing systems and managing a project roadmap Detailed knowledge of critical business within key industries such as Warehouse Operations, Retail and/or eCommerce companies is strongly preferred.
