acquisition via unpaid channels (SEO, Word of Mouth), plans & pricing optimization, (in partnership with marketing), activation, creating and driving product qualified leads (PQLs) for our Enterprise SaaS business. Who You Are:
You are an experienced product growth leader with a track record of driving customer acquisition & retention. You take a portfolio-driven approach to growth strategies, balancing short term... financial targets with longer-term bets. You are skilled at translating our financial goals and category vision into your team's strategies and KPIs. Strategy and Prioritization Create and iterate on product growth strategies for Storyblocks' self-serve and enterprise businesses; rally the Growth team and its cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Engineering etc) behind achieving the same set of growth priorities Articulate strategies, prioritization logic, and tradeoffs to various audiences ranging from leadership to the larger Storyblocks team Contribute to Storyblocks' financial forecast; define KPIs to connect Growth team's work to business outcomes Execution and experimentation Set cadence to review KPIs, interpret A/B test results, findings, and then adjust the growth strategies and / or follow-on experiments accordingly Partner with the Marketing team to optimize our funnel so we can grow faster within unit economic constraints, applying your knowledge of brand awareness, SEO, channel management, CRO, and LTV expansion (retention/upgrade paths) People leadership Lead, support, and grow a team of 5; build a diverse and inclusive team; recruit, develop, and retain talent Embody a customer-focused and performance-driven culture What You'll Have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization with proven ability to influence others
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including executive management, sales, product management, operations, and marketing
• Self-starter capable of long-term planning, team management, and hands-on execution
• Experience in solution framing, data-driven problem solving, and implementation of collaborative ideas
