Who you are:

We are looking for a multifaceted Customer Care Representative to join our Operations team at Sumup. This is a hybrid role - splitting time between working in our El Paso office and remote. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively responding to and resolving a variety of customer support issues. This role requires someone with a strong level of empathy, adaptability, and a passion for people.

A Day in the Life:
• Interact with and support customers effectively through a variety of communication channels (e.g. email, phone, and social)
• Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting; thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
• Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources, supporting the needs of internal customers
• Handle multiple call types, i.e. billing issues, product training, internet connectivity, and hardware technical support
• Recognize common issues and think of ways to solve them permanently
• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
• Work cross-functionally within the Operations department, suggesting improvements of processes where necessary
• Assist with projects and other duties assigned within the organization

• You thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
• You have a demonstrated ability to perform at a high level to support our high volume inbound calls
• You take initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
• You are punctual - you have a history of good attendance with a low percentage of unplanned absences or tardies
• You have reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work without interruptions
• You are flexible - we want someone who is open to work any shift including weekends and hours between 5am-12am
• You have 1 - 3 years of call center experience. An associate’s degree preferred

A day in the life:
• Manage sales development organization to exceed goals, objectives, and quota achievement
• Hire, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of inbound/outbound sales development representatives
• Reference individual and team reports to track performance and accountability
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development
• Conduct rep productivity reviews, regular 1:1 coaching to performance, team metrics and meetings, role playing, standups
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to train reps to make introduction calls, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Create and update resources such as cadences, call scripts and prospecting emails to drive consistency and strong results
• Work closely with Sales Operations to establish metrics and dashboards to measure and improve team performance
• Report against KPIs to senior management and provide corresponding analysis
• Coach and develop your team to help them continually improve their performance, coaching reps towards a career as an account executive in under two years
• Ensure the effective use of applicable data and tools, such as Salesforce.com, Outreach, Gong, Vonage, etc.

Requirements:
• Sales Leadership 3-4 years of experience in high velocity, SMB sales or sales development (preferably inside sales) with at least 1 year of team lead or management experience (preferably in a rapid growth environment)
• Passion for and ability to develop talent and coach a team to success while building an energetic and winning team environment.
• Proven track record of establishing and achieving or exceeding measurable goals in a highly productive sales development environment

Who you are:

SumUp is seeking an hands-on Assembly Worker to support our US Supply Chain Team. The ideal candidate will be highly dependable, accurate, and effective. This position requires someone who is reliable and has a high standard for quality and can work from our San Jose location 3 days a week.

What you’ll do:
• Assemble Hardware: Follow the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to complete the assembly of the SumUp hardware. Hardware consists of Display, SBC, WIFI antenna, speakers, plastic housing, rubber feet, and screws.

• Execute Repairs: Units returned from the field to the warehouse in damaged condition can be repaired in-house. Basic troubleshooting, disassembly, replacing bad parts, reassembly, document issues, and run through burn-in tests.
• Focus on Quality: Hold yourself accountable for quality outcomes - gathers, analyzes and distributes data on hardware failures to key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
• You have 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• You’re extremely dependable.
• You’re extremely organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work execution.
• You have a high quality standard and thrive to uphold it.
• You’re available for 18 h/week.

Compensation:
