A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to address any inquiries or issues related to leave of absence and ensure a positive employee experience
• Act as a subject matter expert for leave programs and benefits, and respond to inquiries from employees and managers in a confidential and timely manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, HR, and payroll throughout the leave management process
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PFL, STD, LTD, and other applicable legal, state, and federal regulations
• Assist in administrative activities related to our group benefit plans including health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and COBRA
• Research, develop, and implement new benefit programs to ensure a competitive benefit offering amongst our competition
• Assist with benefit communications and training programs

• Organize and maintain HR files, documents, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience managing employee leaves and leave programs, as well as developing, maintaining, and managing relationships with external vendors and accounts
