This is an **UNPAID** internship for the late SPRING - SUMMER 2024 semester and can be used for college credit and/or other internship credits. It is also a great opportunity to build your social/digital media war chest, work in a fun... team environment and get your feet wet in digital marketing and social media management with a focus on the music and entertainment industry. You will get hands on experience working with our clients.

POTENTIAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain various social media channels including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Research growth strategies, best SEO practices, and algorithm optimization
• Create & upload content to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Brainstorm trends, ideas, and strategies for various social media campaigns & clients
• Assist Sweety High Team with all social content
• Research new social media trends and influential talent
• Track analytics daily

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be willing to commit to at least a minimum of three (3) full days each week (9:00AM PST - 5:00PM PST) as well as being flexible with non-traditional hours
• Must have extensive knowledge on TikTok, Instagram, & YouTube (or aptitude to learn)
• Must own a laptop & smartphone
• Must be willing to work remotely
• Must be available to work via Zoom on your computer (on camera) on each full day that you are working
• Must be willing to work flexible hours

ZOOM MEETING TIMES:
• Mon-Thurs: 9:30AM PST & 3:30PM PST
• Friday: 9:30AM PST & 2:30PM PST

• Working on campaigns with some of your favorite artists and influencers

Engage with brand partners and marketing collaborators to collect valuable second-party data.
• Social Listening and Third-Party Data Collection: Utilize social listening tools and public data sources to gather insights on Gen Z culture trends. Develop strategies for efficient and ethical data collection that aligns with company goals.
• Data Engineering and Organization: Process and organize collected data from various sources into a structured data warehouse. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis and insights generation.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the analytics and content teams to share insights and support data-driven content creation. Provide regular updates on data collection initiatives and progress.
• Machine Learning Development: Depending on your interest, collaborate with our ML experts to design and refine models that predict Gen Z cultural trends. This opportunity will put you at the forefront of content strategy innovation and director-to-consumer marketing with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data collection, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Understanding of social media platforms and a keen interest in Gen Z culture.
• Experience working with social media APIs and data extraction techniques.
• Competency in data processing and organization tools/methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing solutions and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner collaboration.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Sweety High Media is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Brand Marketing team. This Sr.

Director of Brand Marketing serves as the primary lead on all custom, cross-platform solutions and client

materials to support our growing media portfolio. This role is for a thought leader who can move between ideation,

collateral development, packaging, and pitching to onboarding clients and helping manage those high profile

relationships.

tailored campaigns for both agencies and brand-direct clients with thought-leading executions in entertainment,

Responsibilities

● Thorough understanding of Sweety High Media value proposition and market positioning

● Develop integrated advertising packages (content, creators, experiential) from ideation to formal or

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

● 8+ years of digital marketing experience in Integrated Marketing, Client Solutions, and/or Creative

Services role for a B2C Publisher, media agency or brand

● Core Google Suite, Keynote, MS Excel, MS Word

● Experience executing strategy, content, talent and social media focused campaigns

● Knowledge of analytics reporting across Social Media platforms and Ad Manager

● Experience working across multiple stakeholders with the ability to articulate, aggregate and deliver on

key milestones

● Demonstrable track record of creating culture leading marketing and content programs, working with

designers, producers and clients that track to yield and margin.
