Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Lead a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity of their fleet. Routinely review P/L for assigned area and find ways to maximize profitability.
• Develop high performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
• Meet drive home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
• Previous experience in transportation industry preferred.
• Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Must be able to lead others.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations in a fast paced environment.

Pay Range: $38,000.00 - $69,000.00 Annual

What you will do in a little more detail:
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues through root cause using basic troubleshooting, logging, debugging, and other analytical tools, while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Identifies and escalates bugs outside the scope of (L1) to the Systems Analysts (L2), while working closely with end-users, fellow support team members, engineers, and developers to ensure tickets are resolved;
• Assist in solutioning and/or developing to automate repetitive internal processes to enhance support delivery;
• Build and maintain a library of technical documentation to help accelerate issue resolution;
• Participate in future on-call rotation to ensure client expectations are met;
• Manage ticket queue efficiently to meet SLA demands

What you bring to the table:
• At least 3 year customer-facing technical experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of building relationships with enterprise/premium clientele;
• At least 3 year experience engaging directly with end-users to handle and resolve technical problems;
• Some experience working in high-growth SaaS startup environments with software release cycles (especially scrum and agile methodologies);
• Proven ability to prioritize issues and identify, replicate, and triage bugs quickly and efficiently for both cloud and mobile applications;
• Proven ability to develop workarounds and solutions for unique use cases;
• Basic experience querying databases using SQL;
• Aptitude for doing everything possible as well as documenting steps taken in solutioning an issue prior to escalating to Level 2.

A Procurement and Configuration Specialist with advanced knowledge procurement techniques and methodologies and expertise utilizing the Android Operating System and supported mobile devices. This full-time position is available on site in Northern Virginia. Base pay depends on job-related skills, knowledge and experience, and the role is eligible for a discretionary bonus, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Procures devices and accessories utilizing varying methodologies
• Configures various mobile devices utilizing the Android OS
• Configures mobile device profiles at client direction and specifications
• Installs, deploys, updates, and monitors proprietary Android applications

Required Skills
