Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Lead a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity of their fleet. Routinely review P/L for assigned area and find ways to maximize profitability.
• Develop high performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
• Meet drive home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets.

• Participate in future on-call rotation to ensure client expectations are met;
• Manage ticket queue efficiently to meet SLA demands

What you bring to the table:
• At least 3 year customer-facing technical experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of building relationships with enterprise/premium clientele;
• At least 3 year experience engaging directly with end-users to handle and resolve technical problems;
• Some experience working in high-growth SaaS startup environments with software release cycles (especially scrum and agile methodologies);
• Proven ability to prioritize issues and identify, replicate, and triage bugs quickly and efficiently for both cloud and mobile applications;
• Proven ability to develop workarounds and solutions for unique use cases;
• Basic experience querying databases using SQL;
• Aptitude for doing everything possible as well as documenting steps taken in solutioning an issue prior to escalating to Level 2.

Swift is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Americas with a proven history of leading teams selling GNSS-based products including software, hardware and services. The ideal candidate has personally closed, and led teams closing, 7- and 8-figure deals in Industrial markets including Construction & Agriculture, Machine Control, and Robotics applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Predictably and reliably deliver against the company’s Americas sales and revenue targets.
• Own full responsibility of the Americas sales team’s performance by managing a tight-knit team of distributed Sales Professionals, Inside Sales, and regional reselling partners. Earning and maintaining the respect of your team is critical in this role.
• Hire to plan and manage individual team member performance promptly.

• Develop productive and durable senior management relationships with our Customers, partners and the Swift Leadership team, wherever they may be.
• Champion Customer needs in technology features and business models by regularly engaging our Product & Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and support.
• Partner with our Product and Business Development teams to creatively develop new business with Industrial Customers who are new to high-precision positioning technology. Job Requirements

Commercial, Business and Management Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of proven history growing and managing high-performance sales teams that successfully deliver outsized results selling into Industrial accounts, with 8- and 9-figure targets.
• Verifiable success closing 7- and 8-figure contracts for SaaS, software, IP or hardware at Enterprise and OEM companies in the Industrial markets that use GNSS technology and services in their products.
• Prior experience in selling Solutions as a Service (SaaS) is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop, negotiate and close complex, multi-year SaaS subscription, software and/or hardware contracts.
• Ability to credibly represent Swift and its technologies to Customers and Partners, and to understand the Customer’s issues, needs and motivations.
• Ability to credibly represent the Customer’s requirements to Swift and to motivate Swift to meet these requirements.

Project Description

Currently SWIFT application is deployed on a separated network and separate dedicated infrastructure (IaaS platform in a private datacentre in Luxembourg) and the ambition is to move it to the cloud.

SWIFT implementation is the following:

The SWIFT Integration Layer (SIL) and Direct Link are provided by SWIFT. The Message Archive is provided by the Customer’s FinApps Team. It is deployed in a dedicated secure zone. Criticality, Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements. This Solution is considered as Mission Critical. Service must be available during Extended Working Hours.

Regarding Data Classification, the service will store and / or process strictly confidential data.

Regarding Authentication, The authentication to Swift Secure Zone is managed by Active Directory using Kerberos and Swift Active Directory. The secure zone is hosting a separate authentication system based on Windows Active Directory services (Kerberos Authentication). The end-users jump server is restricted to the Customer’s defined users in the SWIFT AD. SWIFT Apps are protected with dedicated MFA provided by SWIFT.

Job Requirements:
• extensive experience with SWIFT infrastructure deployment and operation.
• extensive experience in dealing with compliance requirements and audit requirements associated to Swift deployments.
