• Check in with Office of Events crew regarding set up and break down of events
• Check in with introducers, panel chairs, panelists, and performers about duration, order, tech needs, and etc.
• Assure events begin and end on time
• Be prepared to answer guest faculty questions about events, paperwork, and technical needs
• Performs general office tasks including filing, copying, collating, etc
• Creates and maintains general documents
• Coordinates student and faculty queries, directing inquiries to relevant staff member
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail, calls, faxes and messages for SWP faculty and staff
• Assists in assembling and tracking packets, conference materials, and other course materials
• Assists with student registration process, such as compiling and tracking attendance sheets and issuing enrollment reports
• Runs errands for SWP staff and faculty as needed, such as picking up instructional, hosting, or office supplies

What you will be doing
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
• Perform general construction labor
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
