Essential Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders & staff to drive financial decision making and monitor expenses for areas of direct responsibility
• Refine & develop reporting and analysis packages for presentation to Finance, Marketing and Platform leadership
• Cross functional alignment and communication with Client finance managers and Marketing leaders
• Execute FP&A processes for assigned platforms and sub functions by leading the expense planning, closing & reporting activities.
• Perform quarterly closing processes, consolidating data for external and internal information requests and disclosures
• Partner with C&P team and IT to automate the contractual marketing process and reporting

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field or in lieu of degree, 10 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years financial analysis or accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years’ Hyperion financial systems experience.

Desired Characteristics:
• Demonstrated experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear communication and confidently present meaningful analysis to senior and executive management level
