Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role focused on supporting the sales team in reaching maximum sales productivity to promote the Teaching Strategies ecosystem and new business performance. Sales Operations works closely with the Sales team to develop and expand net new opportunities while providing quality experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and creative strategic partner. This person will focus on collaborating with Sales team members to provide scalable and measurable processes related to selling our solutions. As a main support to our Sales team, this individual is expected to work effectively with team members and support multiple different projects.
This role requires strong communication skills and refined execution, so we are looking for a candidate eager to experiment, explore new tactics, and continually improve our ability to understand the needs of the sales team and our customers.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide support to Sales team members using various Sales Tools (i.e. Salesforce and SalesLoft)
• Offers consistent and reliable access to sales pipeline, custom reports, and performance analysis
• Assist in securing customer purchasing documentation (i.e. forms of payment, signed orders, and quote creation)
• Manage and update Salesforce account validation in designated territories
• Support Sales team members in building customer outreach campaigns
• Identify sales team needs for on-going sales tools training and communicate needs with the Sales Ops team
• Support customer trials with administrative onboarding and organizing consistent communication
• Provide amazing sales team support and bring your own unique thoughts, strategies, and ideas to advance our mission and values at Teaching Strategies
• Serve as a valued partner and liaison between Sales team members and the Sales Operations team
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years professional experience
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM (preferred)
• Experience with SalesLoft or other Sales enablement platform (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask with maximum flexibility and independence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative, creative, and challenging environment

Position Overview
As an Account Executive with our organization, you are responsible for selling Teaching Strategies' full line of products and services to the early childhood markets. You work to identify, direct, and coordinate sales opportunities with the support and collaboration of our internal teams. Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales with a track record of success; education and/or technology sales experience highly desired

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM solution is highly desired
• Ability to work a schedule to accommodate an assigned territory

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA license required
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with hiring, training, and supervising employees
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 and 842
• Experience with international operations
• Experience with acquisition integrations and consolidations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Experience with NetSuite preferred

The Business Development Manager - Major Accounts, Private team, is an energetic hunter responsible for growing our footprint in major private child care. This is one of the most strategically important sales positions at Teaching Strategies and this individual will have routine interactions with senior leaders across the organization. The Business Development Manager - Major Accounts, Private team, is an energetic hunter responsible for growing our footprint in major private child care. Teaching Strategies is looking for a highly talented, innovative and creative Principal SRE Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering group. The Senior SRE Engineer will be an integral member of our Technology department and will work closely with the development, QA and Core Platform Engineering (CPE) teams. The role of Senior SRE Engineer is a hands-on technical role and requires a thorough understanding of all components of a modern web application stack, including front-end, database, networking, and systems engineering. • Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Salt
• Production experience in operations for an always-up, always-available mission-critical service
• Strong knowledge of ephemeral infrastructure, horizontal scaling, self-healing architectures, service discovery, logging, monitoring and alerting
• Expert level experience with AWS and hybrid cloud systems/designs
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Expert understanding and ability to troubleshoot systems at the protocol layer - TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS
• Proficient with multiple scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or BitBucket Pipelines
