We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to increase awareness and drive leads for our recruiting services and products. This will be our first marketing hire for Talent by Blind and an opportunity to build a foundation for a fast growing team. Responsibilities
• Develop the marketing strategy for Talent by Blind with the purpose to increase demand for our recruiting services and products
• Create integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels such as PR, content, paid, and events
• Develop content strategy to establish thought leadership on job market trends, utilizing unique data and content from the Blind community
• Create and manage sales collateral and to support the business development team
• Develop KPIs and cost per conversion goals
• Track and analyze campaign performance, managing the budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity
• Collaborate with Product, Recruiting, and Data teams
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a mix of demand generation, content strategy, or paid search campaigns
• Demonstrated success in generating leads for B2B products in previous roles supported by data
• A solid understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, attribution analysis and keyword targeting
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation

This is a remote position with a Pacific time zone work schedule.
Responsibilities
• Define strategies and plans to drive consumer growth for Blind to ultimately become the world’s largest community of working professionals
• Generate a wide range of organic growth initiatives to deliver results
• Lead a cross-functional team and directly manage product & marketing teams
• Join the leadership team and role model being an empathetic & transparent leader
• Work closely with the C-team to align on new initiatives and prioritization
Basic qualifications
• 10+ years of product management experience with an emphasis on mobile app growth for millions of users. Prior experience with web traffic growth is helpful as well.
• 3+ years of management experience, building and leading high-performing teams
• Highly analytical and data-driven leader with a deep understanding of how metrics move
• Strong generator of ideas that are clever, creative, and practical
• Ability to discuss high-level strategy and sweat the important details tactically
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with online communities or jobs marketplaces is a plus
• Some startup experience is preferred
Blind's minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $200,000.00 - $260,000.00 (if applicable, + commission) per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels.
