The Sr. Account Based Marketing & Campaign Manager runs multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns including inbound and outbound tactics to meet sales pipeline targets. This role will focus heavily on creating “ABM plays” for the SDR team; starting with strategy, account selection, campaign ideation, and activation for vertical, horizontal and competitive takeaways.

Ideate, own, and manage global demand generation plan including strategic direction, annual planning, modeling, analytics and all campaign program execution across all channels including content syndication, webinars, virtual events, regional round tables, direct marketing, trade shows, and more. Manage the budget and track monthly demand generation metrics against the sales plan. Communicate deviations, opportunities, and risks to the CMO.

You will be part of a high-performance marketing team with a sophisticated MarTech stack; working directly with functional leads across content, digital, marketing automation, marketing operations, and the SDR team. Working with all functions, you will execute on a high-growth demand generation strategy that incorporates a true marketing mix. This role reports to the CMO.

About the Role
• Own the strategy, development, and execution of high-velocity demand generation programs that translate to net new opportunity generation.
• Create, plan, and execute targeted digital, content, email, direct, and web marketing “ABM plays”, with a surgical / targeted approach.
• Work closely with SDR team to ensure throughput of all programs.
• Recognize, produce, and distribute compelling messages that will be highly valuable to increase awareness and demand across multiple solution sets.
• Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency to fulfill sales & demand gen pipeline generation.
• Creating experiments with various tools to optimize results over time including LinkedIn advertising, website pop-ups, custom content streams and more (leveraging the team).
• Present regularly on program performance and success to sales and marketing leaders
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
• Run virtual events including the securing of speakers and content.
• Own the annual client summit from tip to tail with a production vendor for support.

About You
• 5+ year’s experience in a B2B demand generation for SaaS software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
• Proven results in a high-growth company with 25%+ annual growth; showing clear new logo pipeline growth through marketing tactics.
• Expert on ABM programs and ABM platforms (ideally Demandbase)
• Capable of owning and running the demand generation function with collaboration across the team of digital, content, and inside sales functional leaders.
• Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include content, events, webinars, digital and social.
• Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns; familiar with Outreach or Salesloft sequence creation.
• Adept with Salesforce including reporting and tracking; you are highly analytical and very comfortable working with large data sets for mining opportunities and building longer-term strategy with a 24 month outlook.
• You are familiar with Wordpress (or Elementor) and can build out basic landing pages.
• Experience with marketing automation tools for drip campaigns & scoring.
• Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of how to use content marketing to generate qualified leads.
• Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
