The Vice President of Technical Design leads a team who translate the creative vision of the design team into technical designs that can be produced by the factory to meet quality and fit specifications for Spanx. Fit is our north star; this position would collaborate with Design to develop product with best in class fit and function. The Vice President of Technical Design works cross... functionally with Design, Product Development, and partners with Merchandising to deliver on metrics while protecting brand DNA. This position requires a high level of communication, leadership, technical and process management skills. The Vice President of Technical Design will oversee the product integrity of our brand through fit consistency and construction for products across all categories, Apparel, Active and Intimate Apparel. As the leader of the technical design team, you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports into the Chief Creative Officer.

• Travel to regional sourcing offices and/or factories to work with technical teams to troubleshoot, educate, and understand factory capabilities
Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant Apparel Technical Design experience
• 10+ year leading and building a high performing team
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in fitting/grade rules for petite, tall and plus categories
• Strong understanding of garment build, construction, and manufacturing process
• Advanced knowledge of fit, establishing grade rules, block creation, pattern making

Job Description
The Vice President of Application Platforms will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and health of the core application platform built to power H&M products and services across the global ecosystem. You will help to drive development, core platform maintenance platform engineering supporting critical business services across H&M, and automation to accelerate product delivery, and ensure consistent and stable services. As VP of Application Platforms, you are passionate about developing a modern, secure, stable, and scalable ERP platform (currently based on SAP) fit for a modern fashion business. You will lead the (Agile) technical development, required transformation, and operations of the Core SAP Tech Platform, thereby providing a core high-quality technology service to the H&M Group business. This includes scaling down and phasing out legacy technology over time while developing new features on the platform. Ensuring stable, scalable operations and new feature development as necessary to drive business value will be among your key objectives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• To establish, deliver, and refine a platform engineering roadmap to ensure that all platforms and products remain current, deliver value to product engineering teams, and support the needs of internal stakeholders in terms of scalability, resilience, security, capacity, and operational maintenance.
• Define a technology roadmap that includes deliverables focused on the continued improvement of the supported solutions

Qualifications

• Deep experience developing SAP Platforms and S/4 Hana design in Fashion or Retail

The EVP plays an integral role in leading the Division of Administration and Finance which promotes strategic administrative, financial, technological, and physical infrastructure services to the Georgia Tech community. A&F encompasses the following areas: fiscal management and reporting, budgeting, human resources management, business services, campus sustainability, facilities planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations, campus safety, administrative information systems and technology, campus planning, and real estate development.
The successful candidate will have a record of successful organizational decision-making and experience managing personnel within a complex university, college, nonprofit or business environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis and administration and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in overseeing accounting and financial operations. They will also have experience with the stewardship and administration of major external fund sources in a university setting, notably including sponsored research and private philanthropy. Experience managing human resources, facilities, and/or information technology processes and practices is preferred. Operational knowledge and appreciation of the unique environment of university systems are considered a plus. A graduate degree in finance, business administration, or related area is preferred.

Colite is seeking an experienced sales director to drive the rapid growth of this business within an assigned region. This position is responsible for leading all sales activities in a defined geographical region with target customer groups to include commercial & industrial real estate owners and developers, state & local governments, universities, and any other attractive segments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a self-starter, self-motivated position requiring extensive travel within the assigned geographic region. Relocation should not be required.
· Establish plans and strategies to expand Colite’s customer base in the assigned region
· Develop a pipeline of renewable lighting systems, commercial solar, and LED retrofit lighting opportunities in the defined region with direct responsibility for assigned new orders target.
· Develop additional sales channels through independent representatives to increase the sales footprint within the region.
