About the Team
Program Implementation is the backbone to TechSoup’s ability to drive new nonprofit offers and updates to existing offers on techsoup.org and all other global platforms. Program Implementation supports the many aspects of product creation, configuration, and maintenance. Working closely with the program management team, as well as partner services, client services, business insights, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new or updated programs or products.
About the Role
The Program Implementation Specialist is an entry-level role that supports product creation, configuration, catalog maintenance and various other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Program Manager. The Program Implementation Specialist takes direction from the Senior Program Manager or project manager to implement new programs and products on TechSoup.org and all other global platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the global launch process.
• Configure programs and products on our partner NGO platforms
• Manage new and updated fulfillment email content and configuration
• Perform catalog-related QA and testing on our partner NGO platforms
• Help maintain catalog-related information repository for partner NGOs
• Create spreadsheets used to track global implementations
• Facilitate project launches
• Submit products and programs for QA
• Categorize products
• Coordinate with the Back Office for inventory management
• Provide new program details to Business Insights
• Update configuration documentation
• Work will all employee levels across the organization
• Work with external stakeholders as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• At least 1- 2 years’ experience with e-commerce merchandizing, electronic product delivery (ESD) and technology or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the team and with other TechSoup teams
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the nonprofit sector
• HTML and general web production
• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Commerce Server

About the Team
TechSoup’s Hardware Programs team is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of donation and discount hardware offers both as stand-alone offers and as solution bundles together with software, services, and learning. The team manages and runs global programs and is responsible for creatively growing the scope and scale of available offers, implementing new process and operational improvements, and meeting both strategic impact objectives and revenue goals.
The team provides technology solutions that help civil society organizations to succeed in accomplishing their missions by creating relevant and value-added offers via sustainable pricing. Collaborating with corporations, manufacturers, and vendors, Hardware Programs team members help to build technology capacity among nonprofits across the globe.
About the Role
The TechSoup Program Management Specialist is a role that combines hardware operational responsibilities with a focus on developing insights for customer outreach and marketing. A successful candidate will be able to work with program managers across the team to assist with operational tasks as well as design and drive research and writing projects; synthesize and present results; and turn information and knowledge into actionable goals for growing and enhancing programs or initiatives.
The specialist provides support for fast-growing computer, networking hardware, and technology services programs including Affiliate programs with Dell, HP, Lenovo, and others; Cisco and Cisco Meraki programs; and the Refurbished Hardware program. Working across several teams, the specialist uses knowledge of technology and solutions to provide support to Hardware Programs. The position requires an inquisitive perspective, a growth mindset, and a high level of attention to detail. This role offers the specialist a valuable learning opportunity. By being exposed to all aspects of running donation and discount ecommerce programs, the analyst learns how a leading technology organization builds technology capacity among member nonprofits across the globe.
The Program Management Specialist seeks opportunities to take on greater responsibility in order to better serve programs across the Hardware Programs team.
The TechSoup Program Management Specialist reports to the Director of Hardware Programs and takes direction from individual Hardware Program Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Operations:
• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations of assigned programs.
• Participate in product catalog updates including pricing research, product model verification, confirming accuracy of information, and collaborating with the TechSoup Program Implementation team.
• Make timely updates and modifications to existing products and associated content.
• Facilitate order management and reconciliation with providers partners and technology service partners. Identify and flag trends or escalate as needed as part of the reconciliation process.
• Monitor vendor partners’ adherence to order or service fulfillment SLAs and ensure data integrity. Provide feedback and coaching on partner tasks and performance.
• Address customer support issues and escalations comprehensively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Support program operations and provide input into opportunities for continuous improvement of operations, including using automation to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness, to reduce TechSoup costs and improve customer and partner experience with TechSoup.
• Assist Program Managers with various support tasks which may include but are not limited to requests for information; input or review of webpage content; requests for case studies and/or testimonials; and changes and/or problems with fulfillment. Create periodic reports and presentations on partner and program performance per established metrics.
• Expand and grow hardware and solutions offers to the TechSoup Global Network by thinking critically about success factors and collaborating with TSGN partners under the supervision of the Program Manager or Director.
• Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness when collaborating with or responding to internal team members and TSGN Partners on items such as requests for information, updates or additions to products and solution offers, and changes to and/or problems with fulfillment. Acknowledge emails promptly within 24 hours and respond to questions quickly and completely.
• Professionally work with high level executives at Partners and handle highly sensitive information.
• Participate in regular team meetings and discussions around program problem solving, growth, and operational improvements.
• Maintain and develop process documentation to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
• Help to evolve the team’s overall program management methodologies and operational capacity.

Position
TechSoup is looking for a Project Manager to join our Solutions and Services team and to be responsible for developing technology services that will support and sustain nonprofits worldwide so that they can be more effective at driving positive change in the world.
The TechSoup Services’ Project Manager plays a critical role in the success of TechSoup’s Services and Solutions Program – leading, designing, piloting, and implementing impactful, accessible, sustainable, and contextualized global services and solutions that foster digital resilience and transformation of social impact organizations. The Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of TechSoup’s services development, including new service research, design, business and operations modeling and pilot implementation. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with teams across TechSoup and its global Regional Centers to ensure excellence in service development. The role requires management of multiple services development workstreams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
• Work closely with the Solutions & Services, Technology, Reporting and Customer Success teams to identify the needs of non-profit organizations in the area of digital solutions. (Solutions’ identification)
• Design and develop pilots for new services and solutions, setting targets for specific service performance, leading pilot implementation and improving services based on received feedback.
• Take a service from idea to market (or rejection) by following TechSoup's Global Service Development Process according to project management guidelines.
• Lead and/or support TechSoup’s Regional Centers when necessary in the production/implementation of services for global or regional consumption.
• Engage in analysis and constant improvement of TechSoup’s Global Service Development Process, including the detailed documentation of such processes and their changes.
• Create comprehensive documentation, processes and service toolkits to support the launch of new services, including value proposition, business plans, pricing model, and operational workflows.
• Work with TechSoup’s global launch manager, global partner network, and service delivery partners to roll out new services, ensuring contextualization to the local market (must have time flexibility to interact with partners around the world outside of traditional 9-5 business hours)
• Support our global teams in the development, implementation and/or execution of new services for their regions by following TechSoup's Global Service Development Process according to project management guidelines.
• Successfully stabilize the delivery of new services through an organized process of implementing, launching and handoff to internal teams as necessary.
Procurement / Sourcing.
• Support TechSoup internal teams in their negotiation of service contracts in coordination with the legal department and other internal stakeholders.
• Help the Legal team to maintain a repository of contracts for all our providers, that can be easily and rapidly accessed when needed.
• Help establish, maintain and improve an overall procurement process that incorporates: (1) vetting/selection of service providers, (2) price negotiation, (3) diversification of service providers.
• Establish and execute a standard service provider vetting/selection process.
• Negotiate and minimize cost of services from service providers.
• Minimize risk by maintaining a pool of alternate service providers.
• Assist in the definition and ultimate approval of service prices.

Position
This internship will provide programmatic and communications support for two of TechSoup’s grant-funded special projects, the Digital Resilience Program (DRP) and Civil Society Security Initiative (CSSI). These programs operate out of TechSoup’s Solutions & Services team and support key strategic objectives of helping small nonprofit organizations adopt new technologies, mitigate cyber risk and accelerate their digital transformation. They allow organizations who lack internal technical skills or financial resources to develop digital transformation strategies and move them forward. These programs are supported by philanthropy, and may only expand if we are able to secure additional foundation support. This role will be crucial in helping us get there.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support development of outreach strategy targeting potential funders for DRP and CSSI
• Create collateral (print and web) to support Development team’s efforts to reach potential funders
• Provide support for day-to-day operations of both programs as needed
• Engage in additional initiatives across the Value Added Services team as needed

About the Role
The Customer Success team works closely with TechSoup’s existing nonprofit customers to help them get the most out of the technology sourced through our product catalog. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to key contacts, manage the progression of each account, and identify opportunities to add more value to the relationship. This role will directly report to the Senior Customer Success Manager. This role will help customers use the solutions they’ve purchased while recommending complementary solutions that also fulfill other organizational needs.

• Stay abreast of technology trends in the non-profit arena and learn the technical basics of the major products in the TechSoup catalog.

• Ability to leverage existing documentation and resources, as well as generate new materials, as a part of the pre, advisory, and post advisory process with customers

Position
The TechSoup Customer Success team supports customers, primarily non-profit organizations (NGOs), to meet their needs, address their challenges, and coach them on the best ways to use TechSoup’s offering – strengthening the depth of our engagements with nonprofits for maximum satisfaction and sustainability outcomes. As a Customer Success Intern on the Customer Success (CS) team, you will support multi-functional teams, analyze business data, and enable customer success by organizing existing assets, contributing to customer collateral and recommending new processes to streamline team operations.
