Our Role:
The Sales Development Representative supports remote sales teams in and is responsible for generating new business via inbound and outbound phone opportunity qualification.

Your Opportunity:
• Perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline
• Follow-up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline

What You’ll Need
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 9+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• Development experience with PHP and/or C, Javascript, React, Node.js, NPM
• Experience with a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
• Application development experience on Unix/Linux
• Strong understanding of design patterns and data structures
• Experience with multi-threaded and network programming a plus
• Experience with debugging and analysis tools (Wireshark, GDB, Valgrind) a plus
• Exposure to the full software development life cycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, design, estimation, development, QC and unit testing
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team
• Accountability for the behavior of your software in production
• Experience coaching and leading mid-level and junior staff in the design, implementation, and execution of highly technical development projects
• Experience in working in an Agile team, and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively within and across product teams
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and to lead/drive projects as necessary

And Ideally
• Preferred, experience with network security systems is a plus
• Preferred, experience designing and developing Restful API’s
• Preferred, experience with efficiently querying relational databases
• Preferred, experience with Linux operating systems, particularly Red Hat variants

Your Role:

The Associate Commercial Territory Manager will meet and exceed quarterly sales quota by developing new opportunities within specific geographical territory. Tenable, Inc. is looking to hire a highly-qualified, motivated, and organized Corporate Counsel, Public Sector to help support Tenable’s operations. The role will be located in Columbia, MD and will primarily involve reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, partners and vendors, with a focus on contracts related to public sector and government entities (both state and federal). Given the nature of in-house work at Tenable, the Corporate Counsel, Public Sector will also perform other legal tasks as required, which may include compliance work, employment law issues, intellectual property, maintaining records, legal research, and miscellaneous assignments. Successful candidates should be able to advise and guide internal clients with diplomacy and authority.

Your Opportunity:

The Corporate Counsel, Public Sector will work as part of a growing legal team and will be required to undertake the following:
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various types of public sector customer and reseller agreements involving software, SaaS, hardware and professional services;
• Responding to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), which may involve resellers and system integrators;
• Serving as a trusted adviser to public sector sales leadership;
• Ensuring appropriate controls have been developed to support compliance with customer contract requirements;
• Supporting public sector policy engagements;
• Managing entity set-up and related corporate governance for entities selling to public sector customers;
• Monitoring progress of work by counsel and other external advisors, including reviewing of bills;
• Managing storage and record keeping of contracts;
• Reviewing corporate communications from a legal perspective; and
• Performing other related duties as may be assigned.

What You'll Need:
• JD, equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a public sector lawyer supporting technology transactions.
• Previous in-house experience in a similar role in a technology company highly advantageous, but not a requirement.
• Team player and attitude that no job is too big or too small.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and various levels of employees, including senior executives.
• Experience advising clients about legal risks, negotiation strategies, and proposed courses of action to mitigate risk.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and judgment, strategic legal thinking, initiative and attention to detail are a must.
• An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and strong desire to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages may be beneficial, but are not required.

The base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. • Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively through verbal and written presentation

• BA/BS degree
• Proven account management skills delivering client focused SaaS based solutions to Enterprise client base
• Technical background with proven knowledge of SaaS applications, software configuration, and client server technologies; Network Security preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels within the organization
• Ability to quickly understand client business structures and needs while being able to articulate and demonstrate what is required for a successful implementation of customer expectations
