Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Partner BDR. The Partner BDR will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, sales, and business development. The Partner BDR will collaborate with partner organizations, perform outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new leads, build and maintain relationships with partners, and help to drive revenue through those partnerships.

Requirements
• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional team and partners
• Aptitude for Sales with a Strong Customer/Partner Focus and Understanding
• Understanding of Software Products and SaaS architecture
• Familiarity with industry leading CRM systems and technologies
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Requirements
• 1-3 years of Pre-sales experience working with B2B SaaS companies
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software development or test automation.
• Basic knowledge of all test automation methodologies at all levels (unit testing, functional testing, component testing, integration testing, system testing, etc.).
• Basic programming skills in Java, Python, Ruby, Javascript (node.js)
• Knowledge of at least two popular automation tools/frameworks.
• Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber/Gherkin, web-service automation tools like Rest Assured, CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with Sales is a plus.
• Comfortable working on US/UK shifts.

What do you do as a BDR at TestSigma?

You’ll be on the hot seat talking to CTOs & VP Engineering of fast growing organisations; generating interests and in turn creating qualified sales opportunities.

Prospect midsize and enterprise accounts in the North America and Europe markets to build a quality pipeline for Account Executives.

Create and manage a predictable pipeline by multi-threading and bringing the right decision maker to the call.

Leverage the current tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn SalesNav, Lusha etc.,) and come up with creative ideas for implementing new tech stacks to build quality SQLs.

A performance oriented sales team that focuses on high growth; celebrates success, learns & improves from failures; constantly striving to improve standards every single day.

What do we expect you to have?

Highly passionate about learning & growing in sales, self driven, proactive and motivated individual.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven work experience as an BDR or similar Outbound Sales role that involves prospecting, for a minimum of 12 months.

Knowledge about using a CRM / Outreach / Salesloft; Linkedin SalesNa knowledge is a plus.

Passionate about technology and curiosity to understand different prospecting tools.
