TextNowis looking for a Talent Managerfor our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment success and scaling our teams across all departments. This individual will drive the talent branding strategy, recruitment strategyand team execution while working closely with the senior leadership team, our hiring managers, and our Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll do
• Manages, motivates, develops and mentors a team of senior recruiters, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators.

TextNow is looking for an individual who will lead the highly-skilled Backend Platform development team that builds and maintains the services that support the TextNow mobile application. The organization owns the bulk of the internal infrastructure that interconnects our front end, calling, wireless, messaging workloads and works closely with our Site Reliability Engineering team in the same department.
