The Software Component Engineer will join our Software organization to develop our next generation InFlight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) product suite.

As a Scrum/Squad team member, the Software Component Engineer will design, implement and test changes in the Android based client components and in the Linux based server components meeting the quality objectives.

After deployment of the changes, he/she will support the investigation and provide fixes to resolve remaining issues.

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Responsible for Implementation and Integration of new features in our InFlight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) product suites.
• Contribute to deliver the software releases to our airline customers, on-time, on-budget and at the expected quality level.
• Design and Implement Android framework services.
• Able to modify/create services in the Android framework, not just caller of the Framework services.
• Design and Implement software changes on Linux based server
• Demonstrate Quality focused mindset in terms of software delivery and adherence to the code maintainability and testability within the phases of software development lifecycle.
• Support the IFEC system Verification and Validation phase and In-Service team
• Investigate issues found to identify the root cause(s)
• Provide Software fixes to the system Integration and Verification team
• Must be able to proactively work with sense of urgency and accountability in an Agile-driven (Scrum/Squad) environment within the context of the sprint commitments interacting with Product Owner and Software Architect.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process in order to increase our competitiveness

Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language:
• 5 years’ experience with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or 2 years’ experience with Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline with field
• 2+ years’ experience with application development, testing and troubleshooting distributed SW systems
• 2+ years’ experience with application/services in C++/Java/Go Lang programming
• 2+ years’ Android Framework and/or Linux server programming and debugging experience

The anticipated salary range for this role is $107,000.00 - $199,600 USD AnnualUSD Annual *. BUSINESS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN

The Business Software Developer, Intern will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and test software applications. They will support with the development of software applications and automation scripts to assist with visual representation of results from Thales In-Service systems. Position Summary

As a Demand Generation Marketing (ABM) Manager, reporting to the Global Head of Demand Generation, you will work closely with the regional field marketing managers, regional direct sales, channel sales, Business Development and Global Service Provider teams as well as the corporate marketing team.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Develop, execute and measure an integrated account-based marketing plan aimed at generating pipeline. The plan must align with and support the achievement of the overall regional Field Marketing goals.
• Identifying ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas, for target account selection that align with solutions and product.
• Create and deliver marketing programs and campaigns for priority accounts and key segments within the region and support sales teams with sales driven marketing activities.
• Partner with our content team and third-party agencies to create and localize content and messaging and adapt for 1-to-1, 1-to-few or 1-to-many sales and marketing initiatives across the entire buyer’s funnel.
• Identify programs or processes to enable customer success and support new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell.
• Lead account intelligence gathering, demand creation, and sales enablement in agreed-upon accounts to support sales goals.
• Align with the sales and regional field marketing managers to understand the market trends in the region and work with existing and customized programs that support our go-to-market strategy.
• Be the expert across all ABM and Demand-Gen program types, supporting acquisition, growth and retention across target accounts.
• Track program results, measuring program success, efficiency and effectiveness, and report metrics via SFDC and Power BI to present to regional sales and marketing teams.
• Research and recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands and recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing at a technology-based organization.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (navigation, campaign tracking and reporting).
• Ability to monitor and report on key metrics and pivoting market plans based on results.
• Prior experience developing regional plans to support account-based marketing.
• Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, call downs, and direct mail).
• Provide day-to-day execution and longer-term planning.
• Experience managing live and virtual events (tradeshows, roundtables, advisory boards, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
• BA or BS Degree in or equivalent work experience in the related field.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Lightening and dashboards.
• Having ABM and/or Intent Buying platform experience (e.g., MPR, Demandbase, Tech Target Priority Engine).
• Experience in the Cyber Security marketing or selling Access Management and/or Encryption products and solutions.
