About the Position
The Account Manager will own our goals for Upsell Revenue and Net Revenue Retention. In order to achieve the goals, her or she will:
• Build deep relationships with our customers, owning the account map for each of our customers
• Own the management of our Upsells process and strategy
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Constructor’s products and capabilities
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews with Customers to ensure understanding of account needs and adoption of new products
• Pitch Customers on additional feature and capability needs that align with the Constructor roadmap and portfolio
• Own all interactions with our Customers’ procurement and finance teams as it relates to our contracts
• Own the management of our Renewals process and strategy
• Manage all aspects of our subscription renewals including monitoring subscription terms and timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, promoting cross departmental relationships and forecasting
• Monitor consumption and usage in line with contractual entitlements and identify opportunities for expansion / upsell
• Attend and eventually lead weekly or monthly calls to discuss renewal forecast, top renewals, at risk accounts (if required)
• Help develop and educate renewal best practices across the team
• Assist with administrative tasks including updating contacts, drafting/amending contracts and assisting with the execution of opportunities
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within sales, customer success or account management
• Experience servicing or selling SaaS solutions into accounts with 90 day sales cycles and high ACVs
• Ability to motivate urgency in the customer to reduce the time-to-sale
• Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and contract teams, senior management and/or C-level executives
• Proven ability in managing complex, enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, from business champion to the CEO level – effectively demonstrating the product and the business and economic benefits to each stakeholder
• Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to problem

About the Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team that helps our customers increase their revenue by improving the search and product discovery experiences of their websites and mobile apps through integrating with our services.

About the Position

Data Science Integrations team
Providing measurable KPI lifts is the goal of our platform, and most customers want to prove it running an A/B-test against either an in-house solution or one of our competitors. The Data Science Integrations team ensures that we run successful A/B tests at scale while minimizing manual engineering effort. The Construction Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway and heavy construction... projects, tunnel and shaft excavations and demolition sites. Operate hand and power tools of all types; air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove asbestos, lead and other hazardous waste materials.
Requirements
• The individual must be consistently at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, commit to reach goals and complete tasks on time or propose an alternative plan to appropriate person.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
• Operate jackhammers and drills to break‐up concrete and pavement.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials.
• Tend pumps, compressors and generators to provide power for tools, machinery and equipment or to heat and move materials such as asphalt.
• Lubricate, clean and repair machinery, equipment and tools.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Control traffic passing near, in and around work zones.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations and compact and level earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers and rakes.
• Load, unload and identify building materials, machinery and tools and distribute them to appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.
• Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
• Provide assistance to other craft workers, such as carpenters, masons, and operators.
• Raise structures and salvage useful materials.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Proven experience as a construction laborer with progressively responsible related field experience and technical expertise as a tradesperson.
• Basic math, plan reading.
• High school diploma or GED, CA driver’s license and a clean driving record, maintain current certifications for CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30, Competent Person Training, Shoring, Confined Space Entry/Rescue and other certifications necessary for type of work performed.

This CO-OP PROGRAM allows students to gain paid, practical work experience throughout the entire calendar year. This affords them the chance to learn about our business and empowers BMWC Constructors to teach them about industrial construction.
WIN-WIN! This employment program creates a mutual win-win, a future potential opportunity, for both students and BMWC Constructors. Students are paid a competitive hourly wage, offered tuition assistance and upon successful completion of the program, a possible promotion to a full-time job upon graduation. Program Guidelines
• Student must be an enrolled at the selected, accredited university.
• Must maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be able to work at least 24 hours weekly (full time is available in some cases) at a BMWC office or client jobsite.
• Must have a desire to work in industrial construction.
• Preferred degree programs are: Construction Engineering and Management Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Organizational Leadership and Supervision. (Other degree program may be considered depending upon experience and BMWC's hiring needs.)
Program Perks
Students will be paid a competitive hourly rate for all hours worked.
Tuition Assistance is available after 12 months of successful employment and positive performance evaluations.
A full Employee Benefits package is available after 12 months to students working 32 or more hours weekly.
