Associates play an integral role in forecasting operating results and financial returns for potential new investments. Associates are expected to think with an investor's mentality and will play a critical role in identifying key opportunities and due diligence items in new investments. Additionally, Associates frequently interact with investors, lenders, third-party advisors and senior partners of Digital Bridge, as well as senior management of acquisition targets and portfolio companies.

As part of Digital Bridge's global investment mandate, Associates may be required to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Financial modeling and analysis

Qualifications
• Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm or comparable experience
• Previous M&A leveraged finance and financial sponsor backgrounds are preferred.
• TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
• Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
• Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities
• Close attention to detail coupled with strong presentation skills

• Experience leading requirement-gathering interviews or sessions. Proven experience utilizing analytics tools to measure results of user-centered products, documenting success, presenting opportunities, and supporting decision-making.
• Experience developing test strategies and plans, using widely accepted test methodologies or frameworks and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across a broad audience of stakeholders and drive consensus in alignment with university policies, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications. Experience operating with Lean and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with computer programming concepts, including software development lifecycles.
• Proven time management and prioritization skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting technical topics in a business-oriented fashion to non-technical audiences.

Your role as the Digital Marketing Manager:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of Bridge’s Digital Marketing Practice – leading, managing, and executing multiple concurrent modern marketing campaigns and projects on behalf of our Tech & Cloud clients.

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.

How you'll contribute to the team
• Develop end-to-end integrated campaigns and digital go-to-market plans and programs, inclusive of channel strategy & platform decisions, target audience segmentation, account/contact strategies, content strategy, media services, marketing automated nurture
• Manage demand gen & ABM campaigns, inclusive of paid media, digital destinations, marketing automated nurture, webinars/virtual events, and sales readiness – utilizing our MarTech platforms/tools or our clients’ environments
• Work in tandem with Bridge team members to define campaign strategies and plans; oversee creation of campaign deliverables; and manage campaigns in market
• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent digital projects, including stakeholder management, meeting ownership, identification and resolution of gaps or issues that impact campaign plan/development/delivery, and progress & performance reporting
• Have a voice and play an active role in continuing to mature and grow our Digital Practice, through support for priority projects and initiatives

Your skills and approach
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital/integrated marketing, inclusive of strategy and management, preferably with technology companies. Agency and/or consulting background preferred
• Experience in leading end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution projects, with expertise in one or more the following areas: Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation Programs, Relationship and Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Campaign Design & Management, Online Events Production and/or Marketing, Paid Media Services, Website Planning & Management, and/or Digital Content Marketing Planning & Development
