Essential Functions

• Develop and write creative and strategic copy for various marketing channels, including direct mail, email, social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Ensure that the tone, style, and messaging align with the overall brand identity and objectives
• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to create cohesive and strategic narratives for marketing campaigns to convert subs, increase direct sales, and retain customers
• Ensure the brand voice and copy standards are cohesive and adapt and evolve across all channels
• Determine marketing positioning for new course content highlighting unique value propositions and benefits
• Manage the Marketing Copy Editor providing creative direction and guidance and ensuring project deadlines are met

Required Education / Experience / Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience as a marketing or advertising copywriter
• Above-average multi-disciplinary cultural literacy knowledge
