This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work any 8-hour shift schedules between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
• Review and share payer policy updates (based on their assigned payer)
• Provide high level guidance
• Attend JOC Payer meetings and prepare and present escalated claims
• Analyze data
• Provide a root cause analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate and share feedback

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of Billing experience
• 3+ years of Revenue Cycle experience
• 3+ years of Claim Processing experience
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience within ambulatory billing
• Subject Matter Expert for Anthem Payers
• Subject Matter Expert for Commercial Payers
• Proficiency with using Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Word (create, format, edit), Microsoft Excel (create, format, edit), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create, format, edit)

Job Description
• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business

Physical Requirements:
