This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work any 8-hour shift schedules between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need.

What You'll Be Doing

The Operator, Pouch is an Hourly Non-Exempt position which contributes to our mission of saving and sustaining lives by inspecting, over-pouching and performing quality checks on filled bags which hold IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies and other sterile solutions.
• Over-pouch and seal the over-pouch, enclosing a bag containing solutions or premixed drugs, at a rate consistent with production needs
• Inspect and ensure that the over-pouches, bags and their components meet quality standards
• Perform scheduled quality checks using an assortment of gauges and a scale
• Perform and document scheduled cleaning activities
• Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
• Learn, understand and apply thorough quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
• Correct any over-pouch seal or packaging issues previously identified
What You'll Bring
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I - 2nd Shift - $27/Hour to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred
• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
