In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting ELT members for Finance, Legal & Compliance and Corporate Development as HR business partner in all aspects of people management.

The mission of this position is:

• Responsible for aligning HR practices with functional goals, ensuring that our workforce is equipped and empowered to contribute effectively to our success and strategy execution.

• Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
