C. EDUCATION

• Ability to operate a mobile phone, PC, Microsoft Office applications

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:
• Valid driver's license in good standing

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. AutoCAD Inventor and Revit Building software knowledge and experience would be an asset.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• The employee may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift. Employee will be required to regularly sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 100 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• This position works in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.

TRAVEL:
• This position requires travel. Must be able to commit to overnight travel.
