• To lead the screening and selection of talent for the hotel, both non-exempt and exempt positions.
• Develop a framework that supports volume hiring from selection through to onboarding.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Build a consistent pipeline of talent and develop an associated strategy to ensure all open positions are filled in a timely manner.
• Manage the ATS (SAP) in the full requisition process from creation through posting and maintenance of talent pools across key functions.
• To champion proactive sourcing methodologies (including the creation of competitive long lists) for the recruitment of key management positions.
• Ensure regular communication and training with the leadership and hiring teams so that the hotel adheres to all statutory requirements and champions DEI initiatives and best practice.
• To support all talent branding initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
General Requirements
• At least 4 years in a Talent Acquisition role.
• Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition activities.
