The Premium Sales Consultant will be a top revenue producer and conduct sales meetings via C-level prospecting, virtual appointments, and utilizing the world class SoFi Stadium to conduct face-to-face sales meetings with senior decision makers.
This position will be based out of the Rams business office, located in Agoura Hills, CA.
Job Responsibilities
:

Sells multi-year suite lease agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals
Focus on open premium Stadium Seat License sales inventory
Develop, maintain, and grow book of business for single event suite rentals to all Rams home games.
The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls and appointments), appointment goals, and closed sales and revenue goals.
Prospect potential new clients via CRM, phone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and sourced lead lists
Execute and lead sales presentations, both on site within the stadium, virtually, and offsite at prospect locations throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California region
Utilizes company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity
Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all sales processes
Exceed individual sales goals and meeting targets
Willingness to assist service team during peak times and play a helping role in other departments as needed
Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.
Working various roles on gamedays to assist the overall ticketing, sales, and service team needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree
3+ years sales experience.
Prior experience selling six and seven figure premium product deals in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus

Exceptional organizational skills

The Rams are looking for a Marketing Technology Developer that will primarily be responsible for evaluating the existing data infrastructure and implementing new marketing platforms to assist the Los Angeles Rams in making better strategic decisions across the organization. An ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Role Responsibilities:
• Challenge and seek ways to improve fan journeys and experience using marketing technology
• Evaluate existing and new platforms and data integrations for efficient and effective data usage and data quality
• Drive internal utilization of the suite of our marketing technology products
• Identify gaps in attitudinal, behavioral, demographic, and contact data within our data warehouse and work with Manager on acquiring and integrating additional data
• Onboard new customer data sources and ensure data is formatted in a way that flows correctly to marketing endpoints
• Utilize multiple platforms to extract, transform, and load data for internal stakeholders
• Implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues with marketing technology and work to resolve them
• Create documentation and standard operating procedures on all marketing technology offerings
• Continually provide insights, case studies, and recommendations on emerging marketing technology
• Support teams across all areas of the business, to include Marketing, Media, Sponsorship, Sales, Service, and more
• Execute and project management of integrations between new and existing data sources
• Assist with compliance of the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and fulfillment of all fan data requests
• Manage relationships and project management with external vendors
• Occasionally aid in various CRM tasks

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar)
• 2-3 years of experience with CDP’s, CRM’s, data warehouses, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing and media communication technology required
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar large platforms preferred
• Experience implementing new marketing technology platforms
• Proficiency with extracting data from relational databases (SQL Server, Google BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience evaluating and improving ETL processes from multiple data sources
• Some experience managing technology vendors
• Strong competency in technology and data project management
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting with all levels of the organization
• Strong time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $65,000/yr. - $75,000/yr.
