Job Description
As Service Manager, you’ll be the operations lead for your store’s Service Center—and you’ll be the one who’s ultimately accountable for all decisions relating to workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure every customer has the best experience.
You’ll be the primary service advisor at the shop, integrating the sales and service experience, while holding your team accountable for delivering Trek’s signature hospitality. That means you’ll need to be a great communicator and leader who knows how to get the best out of your colleagues.
You’ll train your team, engage with customers to recommend the right service at the right time, manage and control service costs, keep service orders organized, ensure a clean and efficient department and take an active lead in ensuring the right bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor and your customers. • Ability to work independently and use good judgment for decision making in a variety of situations.
• Speak and write English fluently, excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

As a Trek Health Account Executive, you'll play a key role in closing new Payer Transparency Data platform business opportunities for the company and be a part of building a world-class sales organization at a category-defining tech company.
Responsibilities
• Build, maintain and close a pipeline of qualified Payer Transparency sales opportunities that meet forecasted goals and defined objectives using our CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools
• Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and customer base

Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to take the Bontrager tire and tube business to number one in the industry by 2030. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tire industry as well as a deep understanding of bikes. They should have a proven track record of wins and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the vision for the Bontrager tire and tube product line
• Develop quantifiable parameters to guide engineering, design and the sourcing team
• Collaborate with other leaders on the team to solve issues that arise in development
• Frequently present to the team, Category Director and Senior Management
• Partner with bike Product Managers to deliver tires that meet category goals
• Manage all tire and tube SKU information in the PLM system
• Participate in early morning and evening calls with overseas vendors and team members
• Assist in ride testing activities with the engineering team
• Travel 1-2 times a year to overseas vendors and 2-3 times a year to domestic events
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in tire development
• Be able to lead without direct authority
• Strong ability to present and build the stoke
• Be an Excel, Powerpoint and PLM ninja
• Be in the office 4 days a week
• Strong knowledge base of bikes and how to turn a wrench
• Have a love for riding
