The team is responsible for piloting new marketing technology as well as developing solutions for sponsorship and corporate initiatives. THE JOB
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the tactical planning, management and execution of B2C and B2B marketing and communications strategies supporting Ticketmaster Music's suite of premium products and services. As the primary marketing point of contact for assigned artist and promoter clients, core responsibilities also include offering consultative insights and recommendations, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
This position works closely with teams across Ticketmaster Music (including Artist & Promoter Relations, VIP Partnerships, Pricing, and Operations) and actively collaborates with marketing stakeholders throughout Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment. The ideal candidate excels at building deep relationships while effectively managing both client expectations and internal teams supporting client deliverables. They are comfortable playing a variety of roles depending on the situation and successfully balances strategic and operational roles in an ever-changing environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Support the adoption and success of our products & services designed to help artists meet their touring goals.
• Develop and deploy impactful B2C marketing and communications strategies that leverage Ticketmaster-owned media in order to drive incremental demand and ticket sales for our clients and products.
• Translate data, proactively turn into actionable insights and learnings
• Support the creation, implementation, and management of engaging sales decks, presentations, and other marketing materials to help relate our products and services to multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Artist & Promoter Relations, and other key teams to support creation of B2B product marketing resources that align with our brand strategy and speak to our customers in their language.
• Capture client stories to demonstrate the value current customers are deriving from our solutions
• Assist with copywriting, image re-sizes and similar tasks related to marketing campaigns across channels
• Guide client marketing contacts in effective product usage, including reporting and marketing applications
• Serve as the internal "expert" on your clients: understand their business challenges/opportunities, how Ticketmaster's current offerings benefit them, advocate for new offerings that could benefit them in the future
• Attend and, where needed, lead calls and meetings with clients, deliver compelling content, and information via formal presentations
• Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal partners and peers
• Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a role with similar requirements in digital marketing, product marketing, or the live entertainment industry
• Bilingual - fluency in English and Spanish required. This team member will be working directly with internal team members and with clients in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong quantitative skills including analytical abilities
• Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, ability to adjust style based on audience

Seeking a Stock Administrator experienced in supporting large, mutli-layered organizations. This individual will report to the VP of HR Shared Services. The role will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of the Company's equity plans, including but not limited to equity grants, option exercises, and withholding tax calculations as well as special projects for our global equity plans. • Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research and track global trends as it relates to sustainability and live entertainment/events; Prepare briefing reports/technical guides to assure clear understanding of relevant sustainability issues including any trade-offs to help inform decision making and effective program development and management
• Perform technical analysis (LCAs, GHG accounting) where necessary to assess best pathways and assure programs are grounded in sustainability science

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A degree in Business, Sustainability/Environmental Science, Marketing/Communications, or related technical field

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment including across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America

• Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps and create solutions that are replicable and scalable and aligned with sustainability and business goals; Evaluate efficacy of current sustainability programs considering cost effectiveness, feasibility, ease of integration; make recommendations and implement improvements as necessary
• Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research and track global trends as it relates to sustainability and live entertainment/events; Prepare briefing reports/technical guides to assure clear understanding of relevant sustainability issues including any trade-offs to help inform decision making and effective program development and management
• Perform technical analysis (LCAs, GHG accounting) where necessary to assess best pathways and assure programs are grounded in sustainability science
• Communications and Engagement:
• Create communications materials and presentations that help to communicate and amplify efforts with internal and external audiences
• Support internal stakeholders to drive effective collaboration with third party partners i.e. vendors, sponsors, non-profits, etc., assuring sustainability is appropriately integrated into partner engagements and that opportunities are properly vetted and prioritized
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A degree in Business, Sustainability/Environmental Science, Marketing/Communications, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, project management and/or implementing sustainability programs, ideally in a large, matrixed organization
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment including across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America
• Strong project management skills; PMP desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical/sustainability jargon for broader audiences
• Technical experience with greenhouse gas accounting , EEIO models/analysis, and/or life cycle assessments strongly preferred
• Familiarity with sustainability solutions across a range of priority topics including: energy, transportation, waste/circular economy, materials management, and sustainability communications
• Flexibility and ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced organization
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
