As a Senior Tech Marketing Program Manager, you will:
• Report to the VP Tech Marketing and be part of the Tech Marketing leadership team.
• Develop lead generating marketing campaigns that employ a mix of online and offline marketing channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, blog, webinars, events, ABM, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the Tech Marketing team (PMM, Growth, Partner), the Tech Sales teams and other Alludo marketing services in the definition, setup and execution of tactical and strategic campaigns.
• You will need to think out-of-the-box and be hands-on as needed.
• Work directly with our SEO/SEM agency as needed for B2B specific campaigns.
• Project-manage campaigns using Asana to ensure alignment between Growth and Creative Services, Content Marketing, Partner Experience, Digital Direct, Product Management, .
• You will assure strategic fit with Tech objectives as well as assure operational excellence on a lower-level / detail.
• Increase and build internal ABM expertise by learning and operationalizing a new-to-Alludo ABM technology platform.
• Build relationships with internal and external thought leaders and influencers for contribution to programs and thought-leadership content.
• Identify performance metrics for campaigns and maintain regular measurement of campaign ROI, to be reported out regularly at cross-functional meetings.
• Test, learn, iterate.
What you bring to the team:
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B software marketing.
• Strong Project/program management skills and a proven track-record in this domain
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence, also for complex tasks that involve a lot of stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset and strategic thinker, not just for the 'campaign management' but for all activities in the 'Tech Pillar' and beyond.
• Ability to work well under stress, communicate clearly with global colleagues, and prioritize workload independently.
• (basic) Experience in and with Tech products in scope (ie. Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop)
• A high level of comfort in learning new technology tools and working effectively and accurately with data.
• Experience with a broad spectrum of marketing functions, including product marketing, content development, lead generation and customer communications.
• The confidence to propose, champion, and own the execution and measurement of new ideas that will deliver on the growth potential of this product.
• A collaborative attitude and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to act as a corporate representative at both online and live events, and speak to our product benefits and features with ease.
• A willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Authorize and oversee the development, monitoring, implementation, maintenance, and support of software solutions supporting Tractor Supply Company's (TSC) Marketing department including the following systems: CRM, Call Center customer service module, Loyalty Program, Marketing Analytics, and customer data management solutions such as Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Data Management Platform (DMP).
- Work directly with business partners, project managers, application development, and infrastructure teams to determine project scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of capabilities to be delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage the staffing of the IT Marketing Systems team including recruitment, supervision, development, performance evaluation, on-call scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and coordinate the operational support for all technical issues and requests within established SLAs.
- Facilitate the Critical Incident Resolution process to ensure proper escalations during the event and schedule the Correction of Errors meeting following the event.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, project management, and software development life cycle (SDLC) standards, purchasing, and service provision.
- Manage status updates, reporting, and KPIs for IT and the business.
- Lead the team in performing application administration tasks and configuration changes according to defined technical specifications.
- Define, analyze, and evaluate existing business functions and processes and make recommendations to management on opportunities for process improvements, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows, working with other technical resources as required.
- Review the performance of IT Marketing Systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Provide guidance to the team to lead the design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; document risks and identifies mitigation strategies.
- Review and research evolving Marketing technology solutions and implementations to support new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.
- Verify functional requirements to ensure clarity before handoff to the development team. This includes creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the team.
- Review system design plans for reasonableness and fit with the business requirements.
- Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with technology and staffing vendors.
- Maintain current knowledge of existing and emerging marketing capabilities through contact with peers and associates, as well as appropriate training from vendors or other sources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a muti-disciplinary team of sales, development, engineering, and other personnel on the writing, editing and document management and production of proposal documents, detailed energy audits, presentations and other customer communications.
