We're looking for an experienced Senior Tech Marketing Programs Manager to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels:
anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. Here, you will be a member of the Tech leadership team that is responsible for driving demand and filling the lead pipeline for our B2B Sales teams. This role will be primarily to the Parallels brand (Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop) - a focus of strategic importance due to its exceptional growth potential.
Your team is global and working across multiple time zones, so a high degree of comfort with remote work and availability for occasional meetings outside of standard working hours is critical.

• We want you to be you. Too often, companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Our culture is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe to be who you are, take risks, and show us what you've got.
• It's your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it, but not all of it. At Alludo, we're serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. We believe that happy employees mean happy customers. That's why we hire amazing people and get out of their way.
Sound good so far? Awesome. Let's talk more about the Senior Tech Marketing Program Manager role and see if we're destined to be together.

• Collaborate closely with the rest of the Tech Marketing team (PMM, Growth, Partner), the Tech Sales teams and other Alludo marketing services in the definition, setup and execution of tactical and strategic campaigns.
• You will need to think out-of-the-box and be hands-on as needed.
• Work directly with our SEO/SEM agency as needed for B2B specific campaigns.
• Project-manage campaigns using Asana to ensure alignment between Growth and Creative Services, Content Marketing, Partner Experience, Digital Direct, Product Management, .
• You will assure strategic fit with Tech objectives as well as assure operational excellence on a lower-level / detail.
• Increase and build internal ABM expertise by learning and operationalizing a new-to-Alludo ABM technology platform.
• Build relationships with internal and external thought leaders and influencers for contribution to programs and thought-leadership content.
• Identify performance metrics for campaigns and maintain regular measurement of campaign ROI, to be reported out regularly at cross-functional meetings.
• Test, learn, iterate.
What you bring to the team:
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B software marketing.

Job Description
Your Career
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Systems to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Marketo, with a heavy focus on APIs and integrations. This role is for candidates who enjoy evaluating and deconstructing existing processes and formulating new, innovative, process-altering solutions to solve complex business problems, launch strategic initiatives, and ensure our lead to cash process is best in class and error-free.
You will use your understanding of integrations to optimize our marketing technology stack, anticipate current and future business needs, and provide insight to internal stakeholders on the feasibility of business objectives. This role will require you to evaluate business requirements, design and develop processes related to data flows, and provide recommended solutions.
Our fast-moving culture demands that you bridge between communicating with business end-users and team leaders, as well as collaborate effectively across the organization. You must be able to co-architect solutions with other technical teams such as Data Science, IT, Web Developers and more. This is an awesome opportunity for somebody who wants to take on new, exciting challenges in a leadership role.
Your Impact
• Act as the in-house expert on technical configuration, integration, and coordination of Marketo - our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) - with related technologies and processes
• Anticipate technical needs by translating business vision into a flexible technical architecture of multiple products fitting use cases, strategy, and current/future needs, building with an eye towards both quality and scale
• Main technical POC for custom reporting using Marketo’s API and Python to extract key data not reportable via Marketo’s UI (activity data, email data, custom object data)
• Work with global teams across Marketing Data Science, Web Development, and MarTech to design and build custom integrations using Marketo’s API, Tray.io, and Python to pull data to/from key systems (Marketo, GCP, SFDC, etc)
• Use Marketo’s API and Python to mass update and approve Marketo emails, landing pages, programs, and tokens systematically reducing the need for manual approval of 30k+ assets
• Manage and maintain MarTech Python code library used in core marketing processes such as list uploads, data extraction and reporting
• Create automated workflows to eliminate manual efforts throughout marketing processes through code or ETL tools
• Work with cross-functional technical leads to design and document a solution that optimally utilizes our Marketing tech stack and supports our marketing strategy; stay abreast of partner and sales strategies to ensure cohesion across company go-to-market strategies
• Develop phased roadmaps according to Quarterly and Annual priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies
• Scale training and Best Practice sharing so our marketers know exactly what capabilities we have and how and when to use them
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to our internal customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness
• Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help ensure our marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data-driven insights
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle across functional areas; masterfully communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences leading with the “why” over the “how”
• Apply foundational programming concepts and fluency in Python to MarTech stack integrations
• Leads architecture projects, working to understand functional requirements, interacting with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver
• Partner with lead management, data science, and IT to manage and build lead scoring model
