What we’re looking for

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at TFS. The BCM Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, maturing, and administering TFS’ BCM Program. The BCM Sr. Analyst will coordinate with Business Recovery Plan and Technology Recovery Plan Owners to improve and mature the overall BCM Program. The BCM Sr. Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting BCM Program metrics to Senior Leadership. This position should expect to liaise with all departments within the enterprise as well as external vendors, contractors, suppliers and affiliates. This position has technical components that will require a candidate to have some technical competency and understanding of TFS’ IT infrastructure functions.

What you’ll be doing
• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
• Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans
• Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures
• Provide periodic reporting to Senior Management
• Learn and develop competencies within the BCM platform
• Provide periodic training to internal and external personnel
• Monitor and report on BC-TR plan exercises, testing and audits
• Serve as the Business Representative on BCM Projects
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel on BCM program

What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Studies, Safety or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related work experience required
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO

Added bonus if you have
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
• 2+ years of financial services, preferably auto finance experience

What we’re looking for

This position is an integral part of the Risk organization and will serve as the “nucleus” for risk and control activity with the assigned domain(s). The Domain Risk Leader serves as part of the assigned domain leadership team and works daily with the Business Domain Owner. The role is responsible for identifying, reporting, and managing all risks within a domain by working closely with other risk SMEs and 2nd line functions to provide transparency to known risks and ensure properly and timely prioritization, mitigation, and remediation. As part of these activities, this role will be responsible for executing the established risk assessment frameworks for IT Risk and Data Risk, aligning with COBIT and other IT and Data Management frameworks, and ensuring that this integrates into the overall Enterprise Risk Management framework. Through these various risk management activities, the Domain Risk Leader is ultimately responsible for ensuring releases are delivered with quality and/or the remaining risks are clearly understood to enable the business to make informed risk decisions.

What you’ll be doing
• Manage the execution of a domain level risk management framework while working alongside dependent / potentially impacted domains to identify, track, and remediate technology, data, security, and business operations risks across the assigned domain(s)
• Develops risk and control standards and best practices documentation to enable sustainable practices and consistent/appropriate reporting of risk management metrics to enable related management actions
• Continuously and accurately identify, assess, and analyze new, existing, and emerging risks and develop thorough risk mitigation plans to limit unreasonable risk exposure to the organization; incorporate risk management practice into everyday operations

The primary responsibility of this role is to be the primary point of contact for all dealership related service and parts activities. 



Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Field Manager, the person in this role will support the Chicago Regional Office’s objective to increase parts and accessories purchases and improve customer satisfaction/retention.

• Communicate Toyota service and parts policies, procedures, and philosophies with Toyota dealerships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Consult dealership management regarding profitability, customer satisfaction and the proper operation of their service and parts departments.
• Maximize the sale of genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
• Monitor dealer warranty expense to ensure compliance with Toyota policies and procedures.
• Work cross collaboratively with other departments and with your district team on various projects and activities.
• Interact with customers regarding technical or warranty concerns.
