What we’re looking for

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at TFS. The BCM Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, maturing, and administering TFS’ BCM Program. This position has technical components that will require a candidate to have some technical competency and understanding of TFS’ IT infrastructure functions.

• Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans
• Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures
• Provide periodic reporting to Senior Management
• Learn and develop competencies within the BCM platform
• Provide periodic training to internal and external personnel
• Monitor and report on BC-TR plan exercises, testing and audits
• Serve as the Business Representative on BCM Projects
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel on BCM program

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Studies, Safety or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related work experience required

This position is an integral part of the Risk organization and will serve as the “nucleus” for risk and control activity with the assigned domain(s). The Domain Risk Leader serves as part of the assigned domain leadership team and works daily with the Business Domain Owner. • Manage the execution of a domain level risk management framework while working alongside dependent / potentially impacted domains to identify, track, and remediate technology, data, security, and business operations risks across the assigned domain(s)
• Develops risk and control standards and best practices documentation to enable sustainable practices and consistent/appropriate reporting of risk management metrics to enable related management actions

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for specific Professional Services categories.

Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services Procurement, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business.

What you'll be doing
• Developing and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories, using data analysis and internal collaboration.
• Developing strategies that consider One Toyota objectives, especially for shared suppliers and/or shared services/commodities.
• Designing, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposals, information, quote, etc., with cross-functional teams.
• Oversight and execution of strategic sourcing functions, contracts and RFx sourcing events:
• Participate in contract negotiations to ensure alignment with sourcing processes and overall TFS procurement strategy.
• Lead and facilitate sourcing initiatives in collaboration with TFS Management, other business units, stakeholders, suppliers and/or TFS affiliates ensuring that a competitive environment is maintained throughout the sourcing event.
• Execute sourcing plans that:
• Support business unit objectives and maximize profitability through lower costs, rebates, volume discounts, or revenue generation opportunities.
• Support innovation, improved service levels, improved relationships to facilitate operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for supporting purchase requests for financial services commodities and ongoing supplier market analysis.
• Provide consultation and support for expiring / expired and termination of engagements and ensure contract renewal and amendments are proactively planned / budgeted for.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Supply Chain Manager and support meeting all Production Control safety, quality, cost, and productivity KPI s during initial pre-production through SOP and eventual transition into responsibility for parts storage/maintenance/ordering.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the person in this role will support the Production Control department's objective to ensure the integrity of TBMNC’s supply chain at all times and under all condition and minimize Toyota Total Supply Chain Costs.

What you’ll be doing
• Support General Stores Floor activity by monitoring processes.
• Create and analyze data reports including KPI, Order receiving, Stock out, Exception, and Past Due Reports.
• Evaluates the criticality of all parts requested to be stocked and approve parts that meet proper criteria.

• Manage General Stores' part obsolescence to reduce inventory costs and improve space management.

Audits

What we’re looking for

The National Manager, International Treasury will provide executive leadership for Treasury functions for Americas Oceania Region (“AOR”) Sales Finance Companies (“SFCs”) in Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand. Each SFC environment is unique in terms of the scale, complexity, and maturity of its treasury and risk management environment which must be managed and led accordingly.

This role will directly impact the performance of the SFCs by delivering innovative and cost-effective funding and risk management strategies and influencing the development of global treasury and risk management policies. Given the role’s visibility with and access to business and finance functions across the SFCs, AOR management and TMCC, the International Treasury National Manager is in a position to leverage existing platforms within the region to deliver enhanced treasury and financial risk management results and best practices for the SFCs or TMCC.

Additionally, this role will support the TMCC/AOR GVP Treasury and Group Manager Debt/Capital Markets by leading special projects related to TFS’ development, rollout and administration of Treasury Shared Service Centers or Centers of Excellence, or other projects that may arise.

What you’ll be doing

AOR Treasury
• Oversee the region’s treasury and financial risk management activities.
• Analyze and obtain regional management and parent company approval for SFC’s local funding programs, structures, and initiatives.
• Meet with global and local banking partners to foster relationships, explore additional funding opportunities, and rationalize credit profiles of the SFCs. Collaborate with TMCC Treasury to ensure regional bank relationship issues and metrics are captured in the global bank scorecard.
• Partner with TMCC Treasury to evaluate opportunities to expand existing treasury and risk management systems (eg Wall St Suite and Bancware) or analytic tools to other TFS SFCs.
• Explore, analyze, and coordinate the execution of diversified funding alternatives for the SFCs in the region.
• Partner with Tax to ensure appropriate transfer pricing structures are in place.
• Ensure the SFCs’ treasury activities comply with global risk management policies and treasury guidelines.
• Drive recommendations and influence changes to Global Treasury Policies and Guidelines.
• Develop robust market risk measurements and reporting allowing for more accurate and real-time monitoring and governance of the SFCs’ risk profiles and positions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage TMCC analytic platforms and capabilities for the benefit of regional SFCs.
• Lead AOR Management Committee and other executive presentations on treasury matters.
• Communicate and elevate regional Treasury, ALM and Risk management practices and challenges to senior regional management, Japan Staff, parent company and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AOR management (Executives, International Operations, Finance, Tax, Legal, IDS, HR, Risk, Accounting, SFC Management) to ensure treasury, finance and operational objectives are aligned.
• Partner with AOR management and parent company personnel, as required, to assess TFS expansion to new countries or businesses within AOR’s geographic footprint.

Special Projects / Treasury Shared Services
• Lead development of existing and future treasury Center of Excellence or Shared Services Center opportunities in the region or globally. Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders in affected SFCs and TFSC.
• Determine appropriate transfer pricing, cost structures, and P&L for treasury shared services and manage related reporting requirements.
• Partner with TMCC Legal to negotiate internal agreements with Toyota affiliates and external agreements with banking and treasury service providers.

Resource Development
• Evaluate resource requirements and training needs to advise SFCs on treasury bench strength.
• Enhance relationships and share best practices among senior Finance and Treasury staff in the region.

Other
• International travel to regional SFCs required occasionally.
• Provide ongoing support for Global Funding Committee (GFC) and Enterprise Risk Committee with presentation materials or representation, as needed or required.
• Advise AOR/TMCC GVP Treasury and Group Manager Debt/Capital Markets or consult to treasury team leads with respect to strategy and coordination of TMCC Treasury and Finance external benchmarking and other initiatives.

What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience with proven management and leadership ability; strong performance in a diversified, complex corporate environment with responsibilities for treasury and executive-level presentation of financial information and strategies.
• Must have a strong understanding and experience with raising funds in international capital markets, an understanding of asset/liability risk management techniques and requirements, and experience with managing cross border currency and interest rate risk exposure.
• Demonstrated experience working in emerging markets and other developed international environments.
