Role Overview:

As a Content Designer III, your focus will be on solving complex traveler problems through content across the end-to-end traveler journey. This spans multiple lines of business, brands, and geographies. Specifically at Insurtech, you will create traveler-centric content strategies deeply embedded in shopping and post-purchase experiences. Scalability and unique insurtech user needs will guide your approach. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, research, analytics, and machine learning teams to deliver innovative and differentiated insurtech experiences for our global travelers.

What you'll do:
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in writing content for digital products.
• Contribute to the content style guide and establish a scalable content strategy across the traveler journey.
• Maintain a consistent and compelling voice and tone across complex product areas.
• Use scalable frameworks to address structural problems with product content.
• Design content solutions that improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop solutions to user problems.
• Understand how technical back-end and front-end support content across channels.
• Leverage UI frameworks, modularity, localization, and reuse concepts for scalable content design.
• Apply user-centered practices to drive content strategy.
• Develop insights about users based on data and research.
• Communicate user-centric goals and insights when presenting work.

Who you are:
• 5 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (design, English, communications, marketing, journalism, information systems) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient at transforming legal and technical content into simple, traveler-centric communication.
• Experience leveraging ML/AI for scalable content strategy.
• Skilled in facilitation and storytelling.
• Previous industry experience in insurtech, finance, insurance, or other fields involving complex legal nuances.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The program is a paid summer internship designed to provide practical work experience and development opportunities for college students wanting to bridge the gap between the classroom and real-world application. Interns are exposed to various business functions, corporate culture, and will participate in a variety of activities aimed at fulfilling the internship objectives.

This program is approximately 8-9 weeks, intended only for the summer and will end no later than September 1st.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
• Learn assigned department functionality through on the job training and job shadowing
• Complete tasks as they are assigned by internship mentor
• Learn other key department functions and how they interact within the larger Organization through shadowing
• Complete a series of projects and present results to the internship mentor and manager
• Participate in performance feedback check-in meetings

• Must be at least 18+ years of age

Education/Certifications
