The Treasury Professional 2 at Humana will provide an excellent opportunity to work for a large, corporate, fortune 40 company, on greater scale with more complexity to gain cash flow, forecasting and budget/analysis exp for holding companies and insurance and care delivery entities and will support the analytical work of the Treasury Department and will report to the Treasury Lead... Responsibilities
The Treasury Professional 2 duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
• Support Redbridge bank account analysis reviews; act as lead on implementation of accepted recommendations by Redbridge; verify complete implementation of recommendations and follow up to ensure cost savings are being achieved.
• Work with the Treasury Lead, Analytics on Rating Agency information requests.
• Assist the Treasury Lead on Requests for Proposal or Requests for Information initiatives; gather and analyze results; present recommendations.
• Act as lead on cash flow forecasting for key regulated subsidiaries; work with the Treasury Lead, Operations and Cash Managers to implement and ensure the models accomplish their purpose – to reduce the amount of cash held in bank accounts and money funds and are turned over to the Investment group.
• Act as lead on cash flow forecasting for Parent holding company; work with the Treasury Lead, Operations and Cash Managers to implement and ensure timely updates, accuracy of historical data, and obtain forecast updates for subject matter experts.
• Prepare the annual Financial Services Fees scorecard by bank.
• Preparation of the Quarterly Cash Scorecard, which includes certain regulated subsidiary cash flow results; non-regulated subsidiary cash flow results; parent company cash flow results; bank fee summary analysis (from Redbridge analytics); ECR and interest rate analysis; debt summary page; other analytical items as determined by Treasury Lead, Analytics.
• Provide assistance (both technical and operational) to the department on its Treasury Workstation and related modules.
• Work with Senior Treasury Professional on the Intercompany activity data mining utilizing Hyperion Planning, and Power BI tools. Ensure all material intercompany transactions are reasonable and included in various forecasting models.
• Other ad hoc project requirements, as determined by Treasury Lead, Analytics.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related business field of study
• Less than 5 years of finance/accounting/banking experience
• General ledger and budgeting experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Experience managing internal/external client relationships
• Excellent communications skill both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and Power BI
• Analytics background/knowledge

The Director, Treasury & Banking Services (0931 Manager III) is responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day banking operations and improving banking relationships, including identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and ensuring protection of the City & County’s cash assets. The Director partners with the Chief Assistant Treasurer to create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury Department provides leadership and value to the entire City & County government supporting of its cash needs, which is valued upwards of $15B with three primary banking partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties of the position include but are not limited to:
• Oversight of entire government’s treasury and banking functions (including but not limited to: receipts, disbursements, reporting, reconciliation, merchant, and PCI compliance).
• Plan and direct strategic activities including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects with overall responsibility for meeting business objectives.
• Drive/support the initiatives to optimize banking infrastructure and cash management processes.
