The Compliance Assistant will also be responsible for analyzing and reconciling reports/discrepancies produced by the Enterprise Income Verification System (EIV).

Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting Managers with functions related to the direct care, appearance and working order of the site, along with administration and resident support for the property they are assigned. This includes responsibility for staff and resident management, maintaining the property to ensure the property is kept clean, comfortable and safe for the residents.
