Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Planning Manager, the Sales Planner is responsible for the following critical tasks:
• Provide best in class service and solutions

Requirements
• 2-3+ years minimum professional experience in digital media at an agency/client/publisher prefer in an Sales Planner or Client Services role
• Understands digital concepts and is up to date on emerging ad formats
• Consistent and proven track record in successfully developing strategic media plans in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels including management
• Proficient in Excel and GSuite with an analytical ability is preferred

Job Description
The People Technology Manager will be part of a group that supports and partners with many of the People Operations functions and will report to the Sr. Director of People Technology and Analytics. The Tripadvisor Travel Manager (newly created position) will be an integral member supporting global employee travel and corporate credit card programs (T&E & P-Cards). The successful candidate must be a self-starter and effective communicator able to independently navigate a global operation in a fast-paced work environment, driving cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do
• Support Tripadvisor Group Travel, Expense and Corporate Credit Card program(s).
• Drive end-to-end travel and expense system implementations, enhancements, and overall process improvements.
• Serve as the internal and external key point of contact for all travel related matters, including policy guidance and requests.
• Perform administrative duties for travel related initiatives. Inclusive of onboarding a new travel management platform, expense reporting workflow monitoring (Workday), and corporate card program management.
• Responsibility for identifying and leading travel system modifications in response to changing business needs, continuous improvement initiatives, performance and security enhancements, system upgrades, policy changes, and modification to credit card programs.

The Tripadvisor Travel Manager (newly created position) will be an integral member supporting global employee travel and corporate credit card programs (T&E & P-Cards). The successful candidate must be a self-starter and effective communicator able to independently navigate a global operation in a fast-paced work environment, driving cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do
• Support Tripadvisor Group Travel, Expense and Corporate Credit Card program(s).
• Drive end-to-end travel and expense system implementations, enhancements, and overall process improvements.
• Serve as the internal and external key point of contact for all travel related matters, including policy guidance and requests.
• Perform administrative duties for travel related initiatives. Inclusive of onboarding a new travel management platform, expense reporting workflow monitoring (Workday), and corporate card program management.
• Responsibility for identifying and leading travel system modifications in response to changing business needs, continuous improvement initiatives, performance and security enhancements, system upgrades, policy changes, and modification to credit card programs.
• Responsible for driving increased compliance with our corporate credit card usage policy while also reducing P-Card reliance – inclusive of tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Educate employees on T&E policy, company credit card program policies and related controls.
• Provide superior customer service to cardholders and travelers while resolving various issues related to expense reporting and queries.
• Identify key travel vendors and negotiate contracts creating a preferred vendor program, inclusive of off-site accommodations.
• Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Finance and HR system technical teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for travel, corporate card, and expense related activities. Identify trends indicative of potential misuse, policy violations or fraud risks.
• Offer process improvements to enhance cardholder experience and/or automate processes.
• Develop communications for internal circulation to proactively identify common FAQs.
• Assist with ad-hoc related projects; at the request of VP of Global Procurement & SLT.
Skills & Experience
• Proven individual contributor with 5+ years of experience supporting a large global company.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating/purchasing – experience with travel vendors preferred.
• Experience with Workday Expense module and Bank of America credit card systems preferred.
• Experience in the travel industry; including working with TMCs is preferred.
• Must work well in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will:
• Advise and execute all phases of quantitative studies and measurement requirements by the B2B marketing team: scoping, data collection, data visualization, data retrieval, and analysis
• Use your market research experience to help the B2B marketing team measure and analyze impact and progress of our programs
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing program performance
• Identify opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization, and partner with growth-focused teams across the B2B business
• Contribute to strategic business problem discussions with internal project teams and develop quantitative methods to best answer and quantify business impact
• Help marketing teams craft and present the quantitative impacts of our programs and partner base to stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience working with quantitative methodologies
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and presenting quantitative results from a range of primary and/or secondary data sources
• Experience with various quantitative tools and methods including, but not limited to: BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, Qualtrics, and Excel
• Strong technical and analytical skills
