Position Summary:

The Associate Product Manager is a key member of a Product Team that provides direction for products and services supporting freight-moving technology solutions. This position will help expand our product portfolio and integrate new applications to products. The Associate Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, outline product requirements, and enable the product and technology team to deliver the outcomes-based product roadmap. This role will give you the opportunity to jump in right away and learn internal processes and best practices by supporting a product initiative within our product line from its inception to its launch.

Essential Job Functions:
• Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Build strong partnerships with Technology, Marketing, and Sales to define and execute new and incremental product development, develop roadmaps, and align internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, BI Reporting, Support) on direction and launch.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and collaborate with PM team, engineers, designers, UX researchers, and customer success to help guide feature development.
• Define success metrics and drive implementation in close collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of user segments and advocate for unmatched user experience through customer discovery, user testing, and data analysis.
• Build product roadmaps that drive user success and work closely with various cross functional partners to execute it
• Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to deliver a better user experience constantly.
• Continuously build a deep understanding of our users and identify key customer needs.
• Conduct customer discovery, concept testing, and user research.
• Write technical documentation and customer release notes and conduct internal training sessions for new product releases.
• As part of position growth, lead the development of new features in collaboration with UX, Technology, and Marketing, and even manage a small roadmap.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Double majors in areas related to product management or a master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline preferred.
• Internships as a PM and/or in related roles at a technology company or VC firm preferred.
• 1-2 years in a product management or adjacent R&D or customer-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in product management or relevant work experience (especially in a B2C or B2B SAAS company) preferred.
• Experience documenting product requirements and managing products or projects in the digital domain.
• Strong competency in software platforms
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha (product roadmap tool) preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in leading a scrum and/or Agile development team.
• Experience writing product requirements documents, building business cases, presentations, negotiating (internal and external) preferred.

Position Summary:

The Senior Customer Success manager is responsible for ensuring that Truckstop customers achieve their desired value out of the suite of Truckstop products. The Senior Customer Success Manager works with our mid-market and strategic broker customers to effectively on-board accounts onto our services, drive adoption, build high customer satisfaction, and achieve monthly retention goals.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manage post-sales activity for Truckstop customers through project management, product knowledge, planning and execution
• Maintain a deep understanding of the products to speak with customers and provide best practices on relevant features/functionality to meet their business needs
• Conduct onboarding and retention campaigns to increase customer retention
• Identify expansion opportunities among existing customer base and partner with internal Sales stakeholders to build and execute on a growth plan
• Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to improve customer health and retention
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on process improvement efforts to optimize the customer journey and experience
• Project manage key strategic initiatives for the Customer Success team
• Act as the customer’s advocate to internal Truckstop partners and provide feedback on how Truckstop can better serve our customers
• Act as a coach and mentor to other members of the Customer Success team

Position Requirements:
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of Customer Success Manager or Account Manager experience in a business-to-business or SaaS support environment
• Superior and proven communications, both in writing and verbally
• Strong technical aptitude. Familiarity with Salesforce and Domo
• Obsessed with constantly delighting customers of all shapes and sizes
• Natural problem solver who provides possible solutions as a jumping off point and is able to gain consensus among critical stakeholders
• Team player who wants to roll up their sleeves to help build and execute fresh ideas to address product adoption and churn mitigation
• Ability to use coaching and mentoring skills to help others meet their full potential
• Empathy, humility and great listening skills
• History of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is a plus
• Preference for experience in the freight or trucking industry
• Passion for and commitment to the Truckstop mission, vision, purpose, and values
• Track record and desire to work as part of high-performing team
