Position Summary:
The Associate Product Manager is a key member of a Product Team that provides direction for products and services supporting freight-moving technology solutions. This position will help expand our product portfolio and integrate new applications to products. The Associate Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, outline product requirements, and enable the product and technology team to deliver the outcomes-based product roadmap. This role will give you the opportunity to jump in right away and learn internal processes and best practices by supporting a product initiative within our product line from its inception to its launch.
Essential Job Functions:
• Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Build strong partnerships with Technology, Marketing, and Sales to define and execute new and incremental product development, develop roadmaps, and align internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, BI Reporting, Support) on direction and launch.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and collaborate with PM team, engineers, designers, UX researchers, and customer success to help guide feature development.
• Define success metrics and drive implementation in close collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of user segments and advocate for unmatched user experience through customer discovery, user testing, and data analysis.
• Build product roadmaps that drive user success and work closely with various cross functional partners to execute it
• Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to deliver a better user experience constantly.
• Continuously build a deep understanding of our users and identify key customer needs.
• Conduct customer discovery, concept testing, and user research.
• Write technical documentation and customer release notes and conduct internal training sessions for new product releases.
• As part of position growth, lead the development of new features in collaboration with UX, Technology, and Marketing, and even manage a small roadmap.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Double majors in areas related to product management or a master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline preferred.
• Internships as a PM and/or in related roles at a technology company or VC firm preferred.
• 1-2 years in a product management or adjacent R&D or customer-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in product management or relevant work experience (especially in a B2C or B2B SAAS company) preferred.
• Experience documenting product requirements and managing products or projects in the digital domain.
• Strong competency in software platforms
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha (product roadmap tool) preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in leading a scrum and/or Agile development team.
• Experience writing product requirements documents, building business cases, presentations, negotiating (internal and external) preferred.

Position Summary:
The Director of Product Management, Identity & Compliance is a strategic role that will develop deep market understanding and create a portfolio of products, services and solutions to meet the needs of customers and align with the overall business’s strategic objectives. This role will drive product strategy and growth of existing and new product offerings. In addition, this position will work extensively with customers and cross functionally with product marketing, engineering, data science, professional services, and sales to successfully prioritize features and develop products and other technology-enabled solutions that meet our customer needs.
Essential Job Functions:
• Build robust product strategy and feature/function roadmap, creating a strong linkage between financial targets and profitability, technology, and user needs to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Interacts with customers frequently and understands their use cases and business in great depth
• Execute on the business plan and strategy to enhance product configurability and self-serve capabilities that minimize implementation time and professional services turnaround time
• Evaluate and develop business case for third-party integrations that drive the value proposition and commercialization of Compliance products
• Analyze industry and customer trends related to trusted identity, onboarding and monitoring, and sourcing analytics and insights
• Monitors new and emerging identity and access management (IAM), KYC, security, compliance and privacy related requirements, technologies, trends, issues, and solutions and assesses their applicability to Truckstop’s key business initiatives and business strategies.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle while working closely with technology leadership to optimize prioritization across new product development, quality, and technical innovation initiatives
• Own portfolio strategy to consolidate duplicative compliance products and enable customer migration at scale
• Identify the most important data to measure and designs north star metrics, KPIs, and dashboards that ensures the team is driving key metrics to deliver customer value and effectively provide visibility on progress against business goals and stakeholder communication
• Apply broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities. Encourage innovation and adoption of key technologies to stay market leading. Influence business decisions surrounding strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and new market exploration
• Lead and grow the product management team and communicate team progress to department leadership, the executive team, and other key stakeholders
• Manage a team of product managers that oversee the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Work directly with Marketing leadership to define the go-to-market strategy facilitating product positioning, key benefits, and target customers
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business or technical subject preferred but not required
• 10+ years of experience of Product Management experience with B2B products delivering high-growth results
• 5+ years of experience in management with a proven track record of building and managing high performing product management teams
• Experience delivering products in an enterprise environment and a strong strategic aptitude with a proven ability to define the right business strategy and develop the business plan to deliver it
• Experience in the freight and/or transportation industry strongly preferred
• Versed in technology matters related to IAM, security, compliance, and risk
• Proven experience working with continuous customer discovery and Scrum/Agile methodologies
Capabilities:
• Skilled at pulling and accessing data from multiple sources, and manage through data ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize the roadmap and synthesize multiple sources of feedback across end users, C suite buyers, integration partners, internal customer success, and technical support teams
• Roll-up-your-sleeves leader, willing to take on broad leadership tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet high standards
• Must be extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency. Deadline oriented and capable of self-management
• Possess a big-picture vision and have the ability to drive and make a product vision a reality
