You will join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for delivering fast, accurate and insightful numbers for our stakeholders globally to support and inform the business. The FP&A team of five is located in NYC and supports a global leadership team located primarily in NYC and Copenhagen, in addition to supporting our global CFO based in NYC.

Your role and responsibilities
• Prepare monthly & quarterly financial results with associated commentary and participate in meetings with stakeholders
• Prepare budget/forecast while collaborating with business partners across the organization
• Consolidate global financial results across multiple currencies
• Financial process improvement involving multiple teams and systems
• Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Top Management
• Develop financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or similar
• 1+ years experience in finance, banking or accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Structured and detail oriented
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Work closely with our Finance team to ensure all hires are within budget
• Lead and constantly innovate office logistics for on site interviews, working closely with our office administrative staff to ensure smooth processes for internal hiring managers and top notch interview experiences for candidates
• Report on micro and macro hiring trends for US hires, pulling and tracking data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
• Lead and contribute to our US Employer Brand by doing things like building content and attending networking events, all with the intention to ensure that all candidates have a pleasant experience interviewing with Trustpilot whether they are hired or not
• Work within our Global HR team to align on Global HR initiatives as well as knowledge share across offices

Qualifications:
• 4 year college degree
• 5 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or similar internal recruiting environment
• 2 years of experience managing a recruiting team
• Drive to work within and lead a team to success by empowering your direct reports
• Motivated to succeed. This is a performance based job where you will be expected to deliver on hiring targets consistently so this mentality is a must
• Top notch communication skills being able to manage up to VP of HR, down to Recruiters and candidates and laterally to internal stakeholders.
• High organizational skills being able to manage several different tasks simultaneously while also being able to report on data and activity accurately
